Local Service. Each PTO authorizes the ISO to act as its agent in the performance of its Transmission Service and OATT administration duties with regard to Local Service, including all ISO responsibilities with respect to Local Service and Local Area Facilities as set forth in Section 3.03(a) above. Each PTO agrees to perform all tasks and undertake all responsibilities necessary and appropriate to facilitate the provision of Local Service in accordance with its Local Service Schedule. Each PTO shall, in accordance with Section 11.09 of this Agreement, provide the ISO with information and data requested by the ISO to perform its Transmission Service and OATT administration duties with regard to Local Service, Each PTO shall maintain its Local Service Schedules in accordance with FERC regulations governing filed rate schedules, shall provide the ISO with copies of proposed changes to its Local Service Schedules when filed with the FERC, and shall notify the ISO when FERC approves or accepts changes to such Local Service Schedules. Each PTO shall be responsible for sending all invoices for Local Service to Transmission Customers and pursuing collections for outstanding payments due for Local Service. The ISO, by the execution of this Agreement, shall not assume any liability in connection with the provision of Local Service other than the liability which may result from an act or omission of the ISO related to the ISO’s rights and responsibilities under this Agreement, including an ISO directive and/or instruction to a Party. Nothing in this Section 3.03(c) shall affect the relative rights and responsibilities of the Parties pursuant to Article IX of this Agreement.

Local Service. Area Traffic does not include the limited inter-MTA traffic discussed in Section 5.4 or traffic that either Party originates to, or terminates from, an interexchange carrier providing either intraLATA or interLATA toll services, regardless of the originating and terminating end points of a call. All traffic that Xxxxxxxxxxx originates to, or terminates from, an interexchange carrier will be subject to access charges to be retained by Xxxxxxxxxxx.
Local Service. 3.4.1.1 PACIFIC represents and warrants that as of the effective date of this Agreement it does not record local usage for its own flat rate customers in the ordinary course of business. There are certain exceptions where special study or call detail analysis is performed, e.g., in cases where an incident of telephone harassment is under investigation. If PACIFIC begins recording local usage for its own flat rate customers in the ordinary course of business at a future date, PACIFIC will simultaneously begin such recording for CLEC resold flat rate customers, at no additional charge. If at a future date PACIFIC begins recording local usage for its own flat rate customers served by a particular switch, PACIFIC will simultaneously begin such recording for CLEC resold flat rate customers served by that switch, at no additional charge. 3.4.1.2 If CLEC asks PACIFIC to develop the capability to provide CLEC local usage data on resold flat local service, and PACIFIC does not record local usage for its own flat rate customers in the ordinary course of business, PACIFIC shall develop such capability consistent with Sec. 1.6 of Attachment 6. In such event, PACIFIC shall be entitled to track and recover applicable development costs as set forth in Attachment 8. 3.4.1.3 As of the effective date of this Agreement, in some PACIFIC switches, the terminating number for measured local calls may not be recorded during periods of high volume usage. For all such calls, PACIFIC will inform CLEC of the minutes of use. If and when the limitation described in this Section is removed, PACIFIC will provide to CLEC at no additional cost, the terminating number for all measured local calls, including calls made during periods of high volume usage.
Local Service. If for any reason, upon commencement by a provider of direct broadcast satellite services (currently DIRECTV, Inc. and Dish Network L.L.C.) of “local-into-local” service within the Xxxxxxx Designated Market Area where any of Borrower’s or its License Subsidiaries’ full-service television Stations are authorized to operate and such full-service television Station is not automatically entitled to carriage, pursuant to any retransmission consent agreement that Borrower and its License Subsidiaries is a party to with DIRECTV, Inc. or Dish Network, L.L.C., then the affected License Subsidiary shall timely elect must-carry treatment on such DBS service, unless prohibited by any Affiliation Agreement that the Borrower and the affected License Subsidiary is a party to.
Local ServiceThe Authority may operate Authorized Transportation Projects of a Member jurisdiction (as distinguished from regional services) except as otherwise specifically provided herein, only pursuant to an agreement to which such Member pays the Authority for the services provided on the same fully allocated cost basis otherwise used to determine costs of services throughout the Authority's service area.
Local Service. If for any reason, upon commencement by a DBS provider of “local-into-local” service within the geographic market served by any of Borrower’s or its Subsidiaries’ television stations, such television station is not automatically entitled to carriage, pursuant to an agreement with a DBS provider, then Borrower and the appropriate Subsidiary shall timely elect carriage on such DBS system.

Local ServiceDuring the term of this Agreement, Advanced Billing Solutions, Inc. grants you a personal, nontransferable, nonexclusive and nonassignable license to use the portion of the Service that is expressly provided or made available to you for the purpose of local installation and operation.
Local Service. 11.1 The Parties agree that, due to the integration of certain control schemes, revenue metering applications, and communication networks, among other things, it is cost effective to provide each other with certain local services as set forth herein. The Parties shall use their best efforts to ensure that such local services provided by one Party to the other Party shall be available at all times and on the terms and conditions specified herein. 11.2 Each Party agrees to provide the other with such current, potential, metering and contact outputs as are required for the operation of protection and control systems as set forth on Schedule C and F to this Agreement. 11.3 Seller shall install, at Seller's expense, revenue meters to provide data required by Seller at all Service Points mutually agreed upon prior to closing. After closing, metering will be provided consistent with tariffs for Seller's supply customers. 11.4 Unless otherwise provided for in this Agreement, Buyer and Seller shall agree upon an equitable allocation of charges for electric service for all Shared Use Equipment. Seller shall provide to Buyer such other service as set forth in Schedule F to this Agreement. 11.5 Buyer shall provide Seller with ac and de service power in the quantities, levels, and locations as exists prior to Closing and as set forth in Schedule C to this Agreement. 11.6 Buyer shall provide Seller with heating, ventilation, air conditioning, lighting, and other building services for relay, control and communications room, offices, control houses or other related transmission or distribution areas or spaces within Buyer's facilities set forth in Schedule C to this Agreement. 11.7 Buyer shall provide Seller, at no cost to Seller, with uninterrupted, dedicated cable connection and access for Seller's telecommunications equipment. 11.8 Buyer shall provide Seller, with such office, storage and building spaces as set forth in Schedule C to this Agreement. 11.9 Buyer shall provide Seller and Maintain for Seller's benefit such fire protection systems as exist at the Site at the time of Closing which are required to protect Seller's assets located in Buyer's facilities, and water or CO2 systems, as applicable and in accordance with National Fire Protection Association codes, up to Seller's property line or easement, whichever is closer to Seller's equipment and facilities.
