Bins. Bins used for SFD, MFD, Commercial or Town Collection 754 Services are new at the start of Collection Services. Bins are to be painted, embossed, or 755 hot stamped with a unique identification number, and be labeled with the type of materials to 756 be collected (i.e., Garbage, Organic Waste, Recyclable Material) and instructions provided 757 for proper usage at the time of delivery to a new account or upon request of the Service 758 Recipient. CONTRACTOR’S phone number shall be included as part of Bin labeling. 759 Labeling and graphics of the Bins (if different from those commonly used by 760 CONTRACTOR) shall be approved by TOWN.

Bins. Contractor must make commercially reasonable efforts to distribute newly painted 1102 and labelled Bins to all Commercial Service Recipients in the Service Area that subscribe to Garbage, 1103 Organic Waste and Recycling Bin service by December 1, 2022 with such Bins meeting the color and 1104 labelling requirements of 14 CCR 18984 (a)-(c). All Garbage and Organic Waste Bins must display 1105 Contractor’s name and Contractor’s customer service telephone number and website and all Recycling 1106 Bins must display City’s name and City’s customer service telephone number and website. Garbage and 1107 Organic Waste Bins must be free of dents and painted as needed to maintain an orderly appearance 1108 throughout the term of the Agreement, but not less frequently than once every three years. Garbage and 1109 Organic Waste Bins may be subject to periodic, unscheduled inspections by City and determination as to 1110 sanitary condition will be made by City. Contractor shall continue to procure and supply sufficient Garbage 1111 and Organic Waste Bins as necessary to meet the needs of all Commercial Service Recipients for the 1112 duration of the Agreement. Bins. Contractor shall provide Bin Collection Customers with Bins required during the Term of this Agreement. The size and quantity of Bins shall be determined by mutual agreement between Customer and Contractor, and shall be subject to City approval. Contractor shall maintain Bins in a clean condition and free from putrescible residue. Bins shall be watertight, and constructed of heavy metal, or other durable material. Bins shall be well painted, and maintained in good repair. Contractor shall xxxx each Bin with the name of Contractor and phone number in letters not less than three (3) inches high. Bins shall be labeled to include instructions on what materials should and should not be placed in the Bin. Contractor shall replace Bins upon City's request if the City deems it necessary to maintain a neat appearance. All Refuse Bins shall be painted a uniform color, and all Recycling Bins shall be painted a different, uniform color.

Bins. The Customer shall not overload or overfill the Bins (maximum weight 90Kgs). Overloading will incur additional charges (Customers will be notified at the time of collection); or set fire to the contents of the Bins; or interfere with the mechanism of the Bins; or add or attach to the Bins any painting, sign, writing, lettering or advertising All Bins provided shall remain the property of CWM. The Bins must only be used by the Customer and must be kept at the Collection Site. The Customer shall have no right of lien over the Bins.
