Blood Donors. 30.1 If agreed to mutually between the parties to this agreement a weekly employee who is absent during ordinary working hours for the purpose of donating blood shall not suffer any deduction of pay for a period of two hours or longer if necessary, on each occasion and subject to a maximum of four separate absences for the purpose of donating blood each calendar year.
