Blood Donors. (a) A full-time or part-time Employee who is absent during ordinary working hours for the purpose of donating blood shall not suffer any deduction of pay for the period involved on each occasion and subject to a maximum of four separate absences of a maximum 1.5 hour per absence for the purpose of donating blood each calendar year. PROVIDED that such Employee shall arrange for his/her absence to be at the beginning or the ending of their rostered working hours.
