BOARD AGENDA, MINUTES AND POLICIES. 1. A copy of the agenda and written materials that are public and non- confidential for any Board or budget committee meeting shall be given to the Association on the regular distribution schedule to School Board members and District administrators. 2. The District will provide the Association president with 24-hour written notification of all non-emergency board meetings. A representative of the Association shall be allowed a place on the agenda of Board meetings for input on issues of concern. 3. Proposed District policy additions and/or revisions will be furnished to the Association before the Board meeting at which the first reading is anticipated. Copies of all adopted policies, rules and regulations will be given to the Association as soon as they are adopted. 4. The Board shall consult with the Association on any fiscal, budgetary, or tax programs, construction programs, considered or proposed annexation or consolidation, or revisions of educational policy that are proposed or are under consideration. The Association shall be given opportunity to consult with the Board and to make recommendations with respect to these matters prior to their adoption.

  • BOARD POLICIES The Borrower shall not modify the terms of any policy or resolutions of its board of directors if such modification could reasonably be expected to have or result in a Material Adverse Effect.

  • Board Agenda The Association may request matters to be placed on the agenda of all regular Board meetings as long as these matters are requested in writing to the Superintendent prior to the date on which the agenda and notice of the Board meeting are posted as required by law.

  • Minutes of Meetings 6.2.5.1 The chairperson of a Consortium Body shall produce written minutes of each meeting which shall be the formal record of all decisions taken. He/she shall send the draft minutes to all Members within 10 calendar days of the meeting. 6.2.5.2 The minutes shall be considered as accepted if, within 15 calendar days from sending, no Member has sent an objection in writing to the chairperson with respect to the accuracy of the draft of the minutes. 6.2.5.3 The chairperson shall send the accepted minutes to all the Members of the Consortium Body and to the Coordinator, who shall safeguard them. If requested the Coordinator shall provide authenticated duplicates to Parties.

  • Personnel Policies The School shall adopt, update, and adhere to personnel policies. These policies must be made readily accessible from the School’s website or school office, as described in Section 11.4. 1. If the policy is not available from the School’s website, the School shall submit the current policy to the Commission.

  • Minutes of Meeting Minutes of each meeting of the Committee shall be prepared and signed by the joint chairperson as promptly as possible after the close of the meeting. The Union and the Employer shall each receive two (2) signed copies of the minutes within one (1) week after they are prepared and signed.

  • Agenda and Minutes a) Agendas of reasonable length detailing issues in a clear and concise fashion will be developed jointly between the co-chairs, translated into the French language and provided to committee members at least ten (10) working days prior to the scheduled date of the meeting. Agenda items should be of general concern to the parties as opposed to personal concerns of individual employees. It is not the mandate of the Committee to deal with matters that have been filed as central disputes. With mutual consent, additional items may be added prior to, or at the meeting. b) The minutes will be produced by the CTA and agreed upon by the parties on an item-by-item basis. The minutes will reflect the items discussed and any agreement or disagreement on solutions. Where the matter is deferred, the minutes will reflect which party is responsible for follow-up. The minutes will be translated into the French language and authorized for distribution to the parties and the Crown once signed by a representative from both parties.

  • Board of Directors Meetings The Company shall use its best efforts to ensure that meetings of its Board of Directors are held at least four times each year and at least once each quarter.

  • Provisions governing staff and subcontractors A. To require any subcontractor to execute documents that binds the subcontractor to comply with the provisions of this Contract. Subcontractor means an individual or entity to which the Contractor has contracted with or delegated some of its management functions or responsibilities of providing all or a part of the services required of the Contractor under this Contract. B. That it is responsible for the behavior of its staff and subcontractors to ensure a violence-free contractual relationship. To comply with the requirements of the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 regarding employment verification and retention of verification forms for an individual hired on or after November 6, 1986, who will perform any labor or services under this Contract. D. To certify and ensure that it utilizes and will continue to utilize, for the term of this Contract, the U. S. Department of Homeland Security's e- Verify system to determine the eligibility of: 1. all people employed during the Contract term to perform duties within Texas; and 2. all people (including subcontractors). E. That representatives of HHSC, AG-MFCU and HHS may conduct interviews of Contractor personnel, subcontractors and their personnel, witnesses, and clients without a Contractor's representative present unless the person interviewed voluntarily requests that the representative be present. The Contractor must not coerce its personnel, subcontractors and their personnel, witnesses, or clients to accept representation by the Contractor, and the Contractor agrees that no retaliation will occur to a person who denies the Contractor's offer of representation. Nothing in the Contract limits a person's right to counsel of his or her choice. Requests for interviews are to be complied with in the form and the manner requested. The Contractor must ensure by contract or other means that its personnel and subcontractors cooperate fully in any investigation conducted by representatives of HHSC, AG-MFCU and HHS. F. That if it is a Home and Community Support Services agency ("HCSSA"), the Contractor will hire Personal Assistance Services and Community Support Services providers chosen by the client or the client's legally authorized representative, if requested, and provided the individual who will provide the services: 1. meets minimum qualifications for the service; 2. is willing to be employed as an attendant by the Contractor; and 3. is willing, and determined competent by the Contractor, to deliver the service(s) according to the client's individual service plan.

  • Management; Community Policies Owner may retain employees and management agents from time to time to manage the Property, and Owner’s agent may retain other employees or contractors. Resident, on behalf of himself or herself and his or her Guests, agrees to comply fully with all directions from Owner and its employees and agents, and the rules and regulations (including all amendments and additions thereto, except those that substantially modify the Resident’s bargain and to which Resident timely objects) as contained in this Agreement and the Community Policies of the Property.
