Board Membership Roles. The Chair will be responsible for the proper and efficient management of meetings and lead the Alliance Board outwith meetings. He/she will:  ensure that all partners have an equal opportunity to participate in discussions and decisions;  ensure decisions are made - and made within the spirit of Inverclyde Community Planning Partnership;  seek to achieve decisions by consensus;  keep meetings focussed on the agenda;  ensure that all partner representatives fulfil their commitments as Board members;  act as an ambassador for Inverclyde and represent the Alliance outwith meetings. Given the Council’s role to lead and facilitate Community Planning the Chair of the Board will be a Council representative. The Vice Chair can be from any of the partner organisations; the position will rotate around all the partner organisations. The Vice Chair will substitute for the Chair in accordance with the above role.

  • Consulting Units “Consulting Units” are credits that may be redeemed by you for Red Hat Consulting Services under the terms, conditions and policy set forth at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/consulting/consultingunits/cu_terms.html. You may redeem Consulting Units in accordance with the applicable equivalent Unit Value in the Consulting Unit Redemption Table set forth at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/licenses/redemptiontable and the following procedure: • Contact a Red Hat sales representative or consulting representative to request Consulting Unit redemption. • Red Hat will submit an order form to you that will describe the scope of work to be performed and number of Consulting Units required. • You will return the signed order form to Red Hat. • Upon Red Hat's review and approval, Red Hat will return a copy of the signed order form to you.

  • Professional Memberships Each employee is eligible for reimbursement for membership fees or dues paid for the maintenance of a license required to perform employee’s job and for dues paid for membership in one additional job related professional association.

  • Bargaining Unit Members hired before July 1, 1995 Those Bargaining Unit Members whose current regular assigned work shift ends after 5:00 p.m. or commences before 7:30 a.m. or after 5:00 p.m. and who are currently receiving a shift differential pay of five percent (5%) for time worked after 5:00 p.m. or before 7:30 a.m. shall continue to receive said differential.
