Compensation for Mandatory Assistance City will compensate Contractor for fees incurred for providing Mandatory Assistance. Consideration for Performance The consideration to be paid to the Contractor under this Agreement will be compensation for all the Contractor’s expenses incurred in the performance of this Agreement, unless otherwise expressly provided.

Responsibility for Payment The Company shall not be responsible for the payment of time used by an employee in the investigation and settlement of a grievance.
