Common use of Board of Education Clause in Contracts

Board of Education. a. If the teacher and the Association are not satisfied with the decision at Stage 2, the Grievance Committee will file an appeal in writing with the Board of Education within fifteen (15) school days after receiving the decision at Stage 2.
