Notification of Meetings. The Association President shall be notified by the Treasurer’s office of the time and place of all Board of Education meetings at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the meeting. If an emergency or special Board meeting is called, such notification shall also include the purpose of the meeting. Failure to do so is not grievable unless willful disregard is shown for this provision.

Occasional phone calls during other times shall be included in the base rate, not to exceed two (2) additional hours of phone time per week. • Should additional time over and above twenty four (24) hours per week be required to perform the services shown above, the City will be notified of the circumstances and agrees to pay H2 Solutions, LLC at a rate of $60 per hour for up to sixteen (16) additional hours per week. Should additional time over and above forty (40) hours per week be required to perform the services shown above the City will be notified of the circumstances and H2 Solutions, LLC will obtain authorization in writing by the City Commission before any further services are rendered. Fees for additional hours of service will be included on the following month’s invoice. • H2 Solutions, LLC shall submit monthly invoices electronically and such invoices shall be due and payable within fifteen (15) days of the City’s receipt of invoice (date of receipt being one business day after the date on which the electronic invoice was sent). Payment will not be made by City of Apalachicola until an invoice is received. Notification of Meetings. The Library normally will notify the Guild of meetings at which it is entitled to representation at the same time as other attendees are notified. Such notice will be provided at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance when practicable, and at least twenty- four (24) hours in advance except in case of emergency. The Library will inform the Guild of meetings by memo, E-MAIL, telephone, or in person, specifying the time, location, and agenda for the meeting. The Guild normally will confirm its attendance with the convener of the meeting. The Library will hold emergency meetings only after notifying the Guild.
