Notification of Meetings. The Association President shall be notified by the Treasurer’s office of the time and place of all Board of Education meetings at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the meeting. If an emergency or special Board meeting is called, such notification shall also include the purpose of the meeting. Failure to do so is not grievable unless willful disregard is shown for this provision.

The President of the Association or his/her designee shall be given written or verbal notice of all regular or special meetings of the Board, together with a copy of the agenda or statement of purpose of such meeting at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled time of such meeting. Notification of Meetings. The Library normally will notify the Guild of meetings at which it is entitled to representation at the same time as other attendees are notified. Such notice will be provided at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance when practicable, and at least twenty- four (24) hours in advance except in case of emergency. The Library will inform the Guild of meetings by memo, E-MAIL, telephone, or in person, specifying the time, location, and agenda for the meeting. The Guild normally will confirm its attendance with the convener of the meeting. The Library will hold emergency meetings only after notifying the Guild.

Notification of Meetings. 3.0501 The Association shall be granted the right of notification to the Association President or his/her designee of all Board meeting(s) as set at the January organizational meeting sent prior to the first regularly scheduled Board meeting.
