Board of Education. If the grievant is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance by the Superintendent, the grievance shall be submitted to the Board of Education. Such submission shall be in writing signed by the grievant and the Association, and filed with the Superintendent within seven (7) school days after the written disposition of Step 3.
