Common use of Board of Education Clause in Contracts

Board of Education. If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his grievance at Level Two, or if no decision has been rendered within 10 school days after the grievance was delivered to the Superintendent, he may, within 10 school days after a decision by the Superintendent, or 20 school days after the grievance was delivered to the Superintendent, request in writing that the Association refer his grievance to the Board. Within 20 school days after receipt of a request by the aggrieved person, the Association may submit the grievance to the Board.

Board of Education. If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his grievance at Level Two, or if no decision has been rendered within 10 school fifteen (15) calendar days after the grievance was delivered to the SuperintendentSuperintendent of Schools, he he, the grievant, may, within 10 school ten (10) calendar days after a decision by the Superintendent, or 20 school days after the grievance was delivered to the Superintendentthereafter, request in writing that the Association refer his grievance to the Board. Within 20 school days after receipt of a request by the aggrieved person, the Association may submit the grievance to the BoardBoard of Education and unless submitted by the Association to the Board within five (5) calendar days thereafter, no further action on such grievance shall be taken.

If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his his/her grievance at Level Two2 by the superintendent, or if no written decision has been rendered by the superintendent within 10 school 5 days after the grievance was delivered meeting in Level 2, the aggrieved person may within 5 days thereafter, appeal to the Superintendent, he may, within 10 school days after a decision by Board of Education which shall consider at the Superintendent, or 20 school days first regular meeting after the grievance was delivered to the Superintendent, request in writing that the Association refer his grievance to appeal has been filed with the Board. Within 20 school days after receipt of , and schedule a request by the aggrieved person, the Association may submit date and time for the grievance to hearing. If more than 2 weeks before the Boardnext scheduled board meeting, a special board meeting will be set.
