Bonus Commission. 9.1 Details of the Employee’s bonus scheme are set out in Schedule 1 to this agreement.
9.2 The Employee acknowledges that he has no contractual right to receive a bonus until it is declared in writing in respect of the financial year to which it relates and that he will not acquire such a right on the basis that during the Appointment he has received one or more bonus payments.
9.3 The Board will determine the payment date for any such bonus or commission, from time to time.
9.4 The operation of any such bonus or commission scheme will be at the absolute discretion of the Board who may in its absolute discretion, terminate, replace or amend any such scheme.
9.5 The Employee shall not be entitled to receive a bonus if on the date that the bonus is declared he is no longer employed (for whatever reason and howsoever caused and whether the termination of the Appointment was in breach of contract or otherwise) by the Company or any Group Company or is under notice of termination of employment (whether such notice is given by the Employee or the Company) or on Garden Leave, or suspended pursuant to the terms of this agreement.
Bonus Commission. Executive shall be eligible for bonuses and/or commissions in accordance with executive bonus and/or commission plans, which shall be adopted and modified from time to time in the sole discretion of the Board of Directors (or the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors) of Employer.
Bonus Commission. The subsection checked below shall apply: No bonus commission shall be due or paid. If Closing occurs on or before , then, at Closing, the Co-Broker shall be paid an additional, bonus commission in the amount specified in the sub-subsection checked below: (check only one) of the Purchase Price.
Bonus Commission. Broker may earn a "bonus" commission on every case depleted for that year if the depletion number reaches or exceeds the set case and/of profit goal established and agreed to by the Vendor. Such bonus shall be discussed and agreed in writing by and between the Broker and the Vendor.
Bonus Commission. 9.1 The Company shall pay the Employee an annual discretionary cash bonus on each annual New Year during the term of his employment. This bonus will be based upon a number of annual targets and will be agreed between the Employee and the Group Chairman and CEO at the beginning of each calendar year.
9.2 The Employee shall not be entitled to receive a bonus if on the date that the bonus is payable he is no longer employed (for whatever reason and howsoever caused and whether the termination of the Appointment was in breach of contract or otherwise) by the Company or any Group Company or is under notice of termination of employment, or suspended pursuant to the terms of this agreement.
Bonus Commission. 9.1 The Company may pay the Employee a discretionary bonus up to a total sum of GBP £100,000 annually. This bonus will be determined based on success in the product, technology and services area, the company’s success in general and the innovation and partnerships initiated by the Employee.
9.2 The bonus referred to in 9.1 above is entirely at the discretion of the Chairman.
Bonus Commission. Party B may have bonus commission if the promotion is effective. Party A will evaluate the promotion activities carried by Party B, based on click-through rate, sales figures, market conditions and so on. Party A shall have the sole discretion to set and decide the method to calculate and pay the Bonus Commission to Party B. In order to avoid any divergent interpretations, Party A shall have the sole discretion to determine the terms and conditions of the Bonus Commission and to notify Party B any revision or termination of such Bonus Commission. No past experience or any other Affiliate’s amount of Bonus Commission shall be related to the Bonus Commission of Party B.
Bonus Commission. You will not be eligible to participate in the Company’s Financial Bonus Plan; as such plan may be amended from time to time. You are eligible to earn incentive compensation based on the Incentive Sales Plan which will indicate a commission rate of 2% of sales bookings from a compiled list of Strategic Sales Accounts.
Bonus Commission. In the event Seller enters into an xxxxxxx money contract with a buyer for a Property on or before the date that is ninety (90) days after the Effective Date, then the Commission for that Property shall be four percent (4%) of the selling price of that Property (in lieu of the 3% Commission provided for in Section 4.01 above).
Bonus Commission. Executive will be eligible to receive a performance commission, with a target achievement of seventy percent (70%) of Executive’s then-Base Salary (the “Commission”). Any commission amount shall be payable quarterly and shall be based on the achievement of prorated performance goals established by the Chief Executive Officer within 21 days of the end of each quarter. The Executive shall also be entitled to an annual bonus of $50,000 based on meeting pre agreed upon P&L performance of his regions of responsibility. This amount shall be prorated and will be described in Exhibit A (attached). The Board, with input from the Chief Executive Officer, shall review Executive’s Annual Bonus periodically (at least annually). Any Annual Bonus earned by Executive pursuant to this section shall be paid to Executive within two and a half months following the end of the fiscal year to which the bonus relates. In addition to the Annual Bonus, the Executive will be eligible to receive an incentive bonus (“Incentive Bonus”) equal to 2% of the Company’s incremental gross GAAP revenues for the applicable fiscal year in excess of 105% of the Company’s forecasted gross GAAP revenue for such fiscal year. The annual forecasted gross GAAP revenue shall be established by the Board, with input from the Chief Executive Officer after consultation with the Executive, within thirty (30) days of the start of each fiscal year. Any Incentive Bonus earned by Executive pursuant to this section shall be paid to Executive within two and a half months following the end of the fiscal year to which the bonus relates. An Incentive Bonus shall be paid upon Executive’s termination of employment for any reason other than Cause based on the level of achievement of gross revenue prior to the Termination Date.
