Past Experience. A newly-hired teacher shall be given credit for prior certificated teaching experience. Individuals employed as school counselors, school social workers, physical therapists, occupational therapists, school psychologists or school nurses shall receive credit for prior licensed experience in such fields. One (1) year of such experience or service shall be equal to one (1) step on the salary schedule. Military service credit shall not exceed three (3) years.

Past Experience. Offerors shall demonstrate their relevant past experience providing technical services to the Government that is similar in nature to the technical services described in the PWS. The Offeror shall provide a description of the services provided, the organization(s)/agency(ies) receiving the services, the processes used, problems/challenges encountered and how the Offeror resolved them, and the resultant outcome. The Offeror’s proposal shall include at least two examples of relevant Past Experience. Past Experience shall be limited to three years prior to the date of this solicitation
Past Experience. 1) An Employee shall receive full credit for past experience provided he/she returns to work for the same company and into the same classification. 2) When an employee is hired either full or part-time by a different Employer or is being promoted from part- time to full-time, he/she shall be allowed to negotiate with the Company to determine what past experience, if any, will be credited for wage purposes. Where the employee has prior retail grocery experience and a rate is established that is higher than the starting rate, the employee will receive credit and progress from that point in the manner (hours or months of service) established in Appendix "A". For purposes of establishing past experience credits, 1040 hours shall be equal to six (6) months of full-time employment. 3) A regular part-time employee who is placed in a Retail Specialist position shall be paid the entry level wage rate specified for the Retail Specialist classification as set out in Appendix "A," except in the case of an employee who is already being paid at a rate above the entry level wage rate for the Retail Specialist classification. In that case, the employee shall receive the wage rate in the Retail Specialist wage scale in Appendix A which is closest to but not lower than his/her then current rate, but shall not receive credit for the hours of service specified for that wage rate. Such employee's wage rate shall be adjusted thereafter based on annual contractual increases until such time as the employee's hours of service in the Retail Specialist category dictates a step increase in wages.
Past Experience. Xx. Xxxxxxxx has over 25 years’ experience in program management, public works planning and finance, call box system administration, public agency pro- curement and legal analysis. He serves as T-Cubed’s corporate President/CEO and, as an independent contractor, as T-Cubed’s Principal Project Consultant. Under a man- agement services contract, Xx. Xxxxxxxx served as the Executive Director for the San Diego SAFE Call Box Program from 1999 through 2012. Xx. Xxxxxxxx was instrumental in planning and implementing the Regional Helicopter Program which has brought three much-needed Fire and Rescue helicopters to San Di- ego County, funded in large part by the San Diego SAFE Call Box Program. He chaired the Regional Helicopter Advisory Committee that developed cooperative Guidelines for interagency helicopter dispatch. Before joining T-Cubed, Xx. Xxxxxxxx served as the Deputy Director of Public Works and Deputy Chief Administrative Officer for Nueces County in Corpus Christi, Texas. In those roles, he had primary responsibility for preparation of the annual Public Works budget and Capital Improvement Program, each of which exceeded $6 million. He was instrumental in revamping the Agenda preparation process for the Nueces County Commissioners Court, the board of elected County officials in Texas. Xx. Xxxxxxxx also has an extensive legal background, including private litigation practice in California and New Mexico. He served as a federal prosecutor for the Fraud Section, Criminal Division of the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. He is an expe- rienced educator, having developed and taught the paralegal studies curricula for one of the San Diego area Community Colleges. Xx. Xxxxxxxx holds a BA degree in Psychology, an MA degree in Counseling Psycholo- gy, and a JD degree in Law. He is a decorated Army veteran, having received both a Bronze Star and Army Commendation Medal for Heroism for rescue missions during his service in Vietnam. He is a graduate of the Leadership Corpus Christi community leader development pro- gram. He twice served as a Loaned Executive for the United Way of San Diego, Cali- fornia, and as a member of the Board of Governors of the United Way of the Coastal Bend in Corpus Christi, Texas. He is an avid, if not totally effective, golf enthusiast.
Past Experience. Officers applying for the position of detective shall have a minimum of forty-two (42) months of service as an Officer with the Superior Police Department. For purpose of qualifications, any month or portions thereof worked shall be deemed a complete month. If an employee becomes qualified during the posting period, such employee shall be deemed qualified under this subsection for purposes of applying. The Aposting period@ shall be the period commencing upon the date which the posting is made and expiring at midnight upon the first day of the month following the final date of posting.
Past Experience. The Government will review the project experience of the offeror on projects provided in response to the Past Experience Factor. Offerors must meet all of the following minimum acceptability standards to receive an “ACCEPTABLE” rating on this factor: (1) Offeror must have at least three (3) projects that are same/similar to that of the work found in this solicitation; AND (2) Each of the projects submitted must be valued at over $5,000,000.00 and they must have been at least 50% complete within the last 5 years. (1) All projects submitted under Factor 1 must be at least 50% complete for current on- going projects and for projects that are 100% complete, these must have been completed within the last 5 years. Relevancy and Recency are not separately rated. A single rating will be assigned for the submission under Factor 1. Failure to demonstrate the minimally acceptability standards under this factor will result in an “UNACCEPTABLE” rating and possible elimination from further consideration for contract award.

Past Experience. An employee who is transferred from another location owned by the Employer or who is rehired by the Employer shall receive full credit for each full year of past experience. New employees may receive credit for each full year of past experience only when such experience is relevant and verifiable. Such credit for experience will be “transparent”. No new employee will be paid a higher wage than a current employee with equivalent experience.
Past Experience. Upon ratification, future ACC registered nurses hired under this contract will be evaluated according their total nursing experience at the date of hire and placed into the appropriate step on the Year 1 column of the scale to no greater than the sixteen (16) year rate. Experience is recognized for determining the entry level base wage of a newly hired RN (up to a maximum of sixteen (16) credited years (Step 16) as follows: 1. Recent RN experience must be within the last two (2) years. A deduction of two (2) years will be made to the total credited years that do not comprise recent experience. 2. Prior RN experience at St. Xxxxxxx Hospital equals 100% of years of experience. 3. Prior applicable RN experience with similar responsibilities and competencies receives 100% of year's experience. 4. LPNS who become ACC RN's shall have fifty percent (50%) of their St. Xxxxxxx Hospital, Providence St. Xxxxxx Medical Center – Montana, or PMG – Montana, experience counted toward placement on the base wage scale, up to a maximum of the sixteen (16) year rate. 5. In calculating a new hire’s position based on the above criterion the clinic may not place a new hire at a greater experience/wage level than a presently employed nurse with the same credited experience. Based upon the criteria above, a new hire will be paid the base hourly rate on the following wage scale.
