BOOTH PERSONNEL. Exhibitor shall reflect their company’s highest standard of professionalism while maintaining their Exhibit during the Exhibit Hall Hours. One or more persons should remain in their Exhibit Booth at all times during Exhibit Hall hours. •No one under 18 years of age may be present during Exhibit Booth installation or dismantling periods. •All Exhibits must remain fully assembled, installed and operational until the Exhibition has officially ended. Exhibitors who dismantle or move out their Exhibit Booth before 2:00 pm on Wednesday, February 22, 2023 will not be offered an application to Exhibit or otherwise participate in the following year’s Conference (2024). •Guests, non-exhibitors, or non-badged personnel are not permitted to serve as “Exhibit Booth sitters.”
BOOTH PERSONNEL. During festival operating hours all booths must be open and have a minimum of (1) adult (18 or over) xxxxxxx the xxxxx to serve festival customers. Failure to comply shall automatically forfeit the exhibitor's right to their space.
BOOTH PERSONNEL. Only duly registered Exhibitors and their representatives whose exhibitor registrations are paid in full shall be permitted to display or demonstrate any products, processes or services, solicit orders or distribute materials at the Show.

BOOTH PERSONNEL. Exhibitor representatives are restricted to personnel engaged in the display, demonstration, application or sale of the company’s product or services. Booth personnel shall wear “exhibitor” badge identification furnished by TBG at all times while they are in the exhibit area. All other employees and representatives of the exhibiting companies must register as show attendees. TBG reserves the right to restrict or limit the number of booth representatives. All exhibits must have personnel present during show hours.
BOOTH PERSONNEL. The exhibitor agrees to furnish a complete list of booth personnel to the 8th District Academy at least 15 days prior to the set up. The exhibitor shall see that the booth is properly staffed at all times/The exhibitor agrees that at least one person remains in the booth until the closing of the exhibits, or at the end of the event.
