BOOTH PERSONNEL Sample Clauses

The BOOTH PERSONNEL clause defines the rules and requirements regarding individuals who are authorized to staff or be present at an exhibitor's booth during an event or trade show. Typically, this clause outlines qualifications, identification requirements, and conduct expectations for booth staff, such as requiring them to wear badges or restricting access to certain personnel. Its core function is to ensure that only approved representatives are present in the booth area, thereby maintaining event security, professionalism, and a consistent experience for all participants.
