BOROUGH GRIEVANCES. Grievances initiated by the Borough shall be initiated by a signed statement by the Borough Administrator of the grievance filed directly with the Association within 10 calendar days after the event giving rise that the grievance has occurred. A meeting shall be held within 10 calendar days after the filing of the grievance between the representatives of the Borough and the Association in an xxxxxxx effort to adjust the differences between the parties. In the event the matter is not resolved, the Borough may proceed as provided in Step Four, above.

BOROUGH GRIEVANCES. Grievances initiated by the Borough shall be filed directly in writing with the P.B.A. within ten (10) calendar days after the event giving rise to the grievance has occurred. A meeting shall be held within ten (10) calendar days after the filing of the grievance between representatives of the Borough and the P.B.A. in an xxxxxxx effort to adjust the differences between the parties.

  • Resolution of Grievances In the event of a grievance related to a matter of discipline or any dispute as to the interpretation, application or observance of the provisions of this Agreement other than discipline, it shall be handled in the following manner:

  • Investigation of Grievances The investigation of grievances shall not interfere with the orderly process of education in District 281.

  • Union Grievances 4/7/1 Union officers and stewards who are members of the bargaining unit shall have the right to file a grievance when any provision of this Agreement has been violated or when the Employer interpretation of the terms and provisions of this Agreement leads to a controversy with the Union over application of the terms or provisions of this Agreement.

  • Arbitration of Grievances If a grievance brought under Division B (GRIEVANCES) of this Article is not resolved at Step Three of that procedure, the Association may submit the matter to arbitration. Notice of intent to arbitrate (Appendix D) must be filed with the President of the University within twenty (20) working days of the date of the decision at Step Three. If no notice of intent to arbitrate is filed within the time limit, the right to arbitrate is thereby waived.

  • Group Grievances No more than five (5) grievants will be permitted to attend grievance meetings.

  • Submission of Grievances A. Any employee or group of employees shall have the right to present a grievance. No employee or group of employees shall be hindered from or disciplined for exercising this right.

  • Class Grievances Class grievances involving one or more supervisors and grievances involving an administrator above the building level may be initially filed by the Association at Step Two.

  • Grievances Where an Employee alleges that she has been suspended or discharged in violation of Article 23.01, she may within ten (10) days of the date on which she was notified in writing or within twenty (20) days of the date of her discharge or suspension, whichever is later, invoke the grievance procedure including provisions for Arbitration contained in Article 26, and for the purpose of a grievance, alleging violation of Article 23.01 she may lodge her grievance at the final level of the grievance procedure.

  • Discharge Grievances All discharge grievances shall be filed at Step 2 of the Grievance Procedure within fourteen (14) days of the effective date of discharge.

  • Types of Grievances (a) Individual Grievance - a grievance alleging a violation of this Agreement affecting one Employee.
