Bottles. From and after the Closing, the Sellers shall permit the Purchaser to use the glass molds listed on Schedule 6.5 for any of its products and shall give such instructions to the glass suppliers holding such molds on behalf of the Sellers as be reasonably necessary to permit the Purchaser to order glass from such suppliers using such molds. The Sellers shall also give such instructions to the suppliers holding the Transferred Molds as the Purchaser may reasonably request to effectuate the transfer to the Purchaser of the Sellers' interests therein.
