Common use of Breaks and Meal Breaks Clause in Contracts

Breaks and Meal Breaks. Meal breaks are taken on the employee's own time. Breaks and meal breaks may not be taken at the beginning or end of a shift to change starting and ending times. Upon mutual agreement, a combination of supper/afternoon break or morning break/lunch may be scheduled.
