Building Space. 409 square feet of Studio Space in the Building and for Lessee’s Equipment as described in Exhibit B
Building Space. Customer shall provide adequate building space, circuitry, facility wiring, temperature, humidity, and power to comply with the standards established by the WAP manufacturer for proper installation and operation of the WAP. Customer shall, at its own expense, take all reasonable physical and information systems security measures necessary to protect all equipment, software, data, and systems located on the Customer Site or otherwise in Customer’s control and used in connection with WFB Service, whether owned by Customer, Verizon, or Customer’s designees.
Building Space. Customer will provide adequate building space, circuitry, facility wiring, temperature, humidity, and power to comply with the standards established by the manufacturer of the CPE for proper installation and operation of the Contact Center applications monitored and managed by Contact Center Managed Service. Customer is responsible for any facility issues that may arise (e.g., bad or incorrect cabling, not meeting cable plant, environmental or power specifications, lack of rack space) and will correct any issues as quickly as possible. Customer may contract with Verizon for resolution of these issues.
Building Space. Customer must provide adequate building space, circuitry, facility wiring, internal cabling to connect the Customer Equipment to Managed Devices, facility temperature, humidity, and power to comply with the standards established by the manufacturer of the CPE and required by Verizon for proper installation and operation of the Managed Devices. Customer shall ensure that the demarcation point of the Local Access will be within 1.5 meters of the Managed Device. Customer shall, at its own expense, take all reasonable physical and information systems security measures necessary to protect all equipment, software, data and systems located on the Customer Site or otherwise in Customer’s control and used in connection with Managed Global Network, whether owned by Customer, Verizon, or its Designees.
Building Space. The County and The City of Lake City agree to provide building space as provided for in the attached leases, (Attachments 3, 4 and 5 respectively).

Kinport shall provide to the City, as appurtenant to the Leased Premises the exclusive right to the interior building space for the use of the City twenty-four (24) hours a day seven (7) days a week, subject only to reasonable rules as made by Kinport in the form attached as Exhibit 5. The City shall enforce unlawful trespassing.
Building Space. From and after March 1, 20_ (the “Effective Date”), the Building Space under this Agreement shall be deemed to be reduced to .

KsFiberNet recommends a Customer provided UPS battery backup device to improve network uptime. Customer shall, at its own expense, take all reasonable physical and information systems security measures necessary to protect all equipment, software, data and systems located on the Customer Site or otherwise in Customer’ control and used in connection with WAN Services, whether owned by Customer, KsFiberNet, or its Designees.
