Bus Breakdown. In the event that a bus breaks down or becomes stuck and the delay causes a driver to exceed their “green sheet end of time”, the driver will be paid the excess time at the hourly rate of pay contained in Appendix B-1.02.
Bus Breakdown. An employee who is disabled and who is required to remain with the vehicle beyond the termination of the regularly scheduled trip period shall be paid at the extra trip rate for such time prorated to the nearest quarter hour.
Bus Breakdown. If the Contractor's bus is not available for service for any reason whatsoever, or breaks down during the route and the Contractor cannot provide alternative transportation and the District incurs any costs to transport the students normally transported by the Contractor, such costs shall be deducted from the Contractor's next monthly contract payment.
Bus Breakdown. In the event that the Bus breaks down, the Driver has to immediately phone the standby supervisor informing him of the breakdown. The Service Provider shall in such cases provide similar backup vehicles which are being currently used as means of transportation.
