Head Custodian Premium. Head Custodians will receive in addition to their rates of pay referred to in Appendix C-1 above, an additional five hundred dollars ($500.00) per annum, per employee supervised. Head Custodians who do not supervise employees will receive in addition to their rates of pay referred to in Appendix C-1 above, an additional three hundred and fifty dollars ($350.00) per annum.

Head Custodian Premium. Effective September 1,1992 persons assigned the responsibilities of a Head Custodian will receive 35 cents per hour above the Custodian rate for the first person assigned to their care plus 10 cents per hour for each additional person assigned to their care.

  • Sunday Premium All hours worked by an Employee on Sunday, shall be paid for on the basis of one and one-half (1½) times the Employee’s Regular Rate of Pay. For the purpose of this Section, Sunday shall be deemed to be the twenty-four (24) hours beginning with the shift change hour nearest to 12:01 a.m.

  • Xxxx Individual Retirement Custodial Account The following constitutes an agreement establishing a Xxxx XXX (under Section 408A of the Internal Revenue Code) between the depositor and the Custodian.

  • Night Shift Premium Any employee who is required to work on any day when the majority of their working hours fall between 10.00 p.m. and 5.00 a.m., or who starts their shift prior to 5.00 a.m., shall be paid a premium, in addition to their regular, hourly rate, of one dollar and twenty-five cents ($1.25) per hour for all hours worked on the shift. Shift premium pay shall not be added to an employee’s hourly rate for the purpose of computing overtime. This clause shall not result in duplication of premiums.

  • First Aid Premium First Aid Premiums shall apply when an employee is assigned by the Employer to be a First Aid Attendant on a job site and shall be paid as follows: Level II - $1.00 per hour. Level III - $2.00 per hour.

Within seven days of the date of the Design Professional's notice, the Contractor shall prepare and deliver to the Design Professional and Owner a written plan explaining how the Contractor intends to bring the Project back on schedule. The Contractor's plan must provide sufficient detail to allow the Design Professional and Owner to determine the proposal's feasibility.
