  • CLASSIFICATIONS AND RATES OF PAY Subd. 1.

  • JOB CLASSIFICATIONS AND RATES OF PAY 7.01 Employees shall be classified and paid in accordance with Schedule "A" which is attached to this Agreement and forms a part of it.

  • CLASSIFICATIONS AND WAGES 1.1 a) Engineers operating: cranes with a manufacturer’s rating of over 164 to 219 tons capacity. Effective May 1, 2013, the wage rate for engineers operating large cranes 220 to 299 tons capacity shall be One Dollar and Twenty-Five Cents ($1.25) per hour above the applicable rate. The wage rate for engineers operating large cranes 300 to 499 tons capacity shall be Two Dollars and Fifty Cents ($2.50) per hour above the applicable rate. The wage rate for engineers operating large cranes over 499 tons capacity shall be Four Dollars ($4.00) per hour above the applicable rate.   • Wages and Classification Premiums Provisions under these headings shall remain unchanged and are repeated as 20.04, except to the extent that the Wage Schedule referred to in the hospital's expiring collective agreement shall be adjusted and retroactivity shall be paid in accordance with the Implementation Agreement signed.

  • CUSTODIAL ACCOUNTS It is agreed that all accounts opened under the Uniform Gift to Minors Act (UGMA), the Uniform Transfers to Minors Act (UTMA), or similar state statutes will be properly created and that all property so transferred will be done in compliance with such applicable statutes. There will be good faith reliance upon the instructions given, representations made and actions taken by a transferor or custodian. Further, the custodian represents and warrants that the assets in the account belong to the minor and that all such assets, whether or not transferred out of the UGMA or UTMA account, will only be used for the benefit of the minor.
