Bus Drivers, Bus Monitors. Bus Drivers and Bus Monitors shall be eligible for twenty-five (25) hours of leave time each semester. Leave time will normally be taken a full day at a time. In cases of death in the immediate family, the employee may be absent with pay not to exceed seven (7) consecutive calendar days immediately following the death. These days shall not be charged against the employee's accumulated personal illness days. The term "immediate family" shall be defined as: spouse, mother, father, sister, brother, son, daughter, grandparent, grandchild, father-in-law, mother-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in- law, and other blood relatives permanently residing in the home of the employee. Bus Drivers and Bus Monitors recognize the fact that they are not entitled to any paid vacation and abuses of leave days used for vacation time may be cause for disciplinary action. Unpaid vacations must be taken during Winter Recess, Spring Recess, between semesters, or at the end of a summer school assignment; whenever students are not normally scheduled for transportation.

  • Bus Drivers For overtime worked on normal working days or on days of rest, bus drivers shall be paid as follows:

Supplier will have a defined process to address any findings but will ensure that any high-risk vulnerabilities are addressed within 30 days.
