Bus Storage. The point of storage for each bus shall be determined by the Board, except that no driver shall be required to store the bus at his/her residence without his/her consent. The Board shall have the right to store all buses on school property at its option.
Bus Storage. CONTRACTOR and CITY have negotiated in good faith assuming the following locations for bus storage: Lompoc Municipal Airport Santa Xxxxxxx County Yard, Xxxxxx Road, Santa Xxxxx Buellflat Rock Company, 0000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx XXXX shall select storage facilities that have adequate size and access and do not negatively impact operations. The driven miles between the first stop and CITY selected facilities shall not exceed the driven miles between the assumed facilities listed above and the first stop plus two (2) miles without prior written consent of CONTRACTOR. CONTRACTOR shall not be responsible for the lease cost of storage facilities. CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for the repair of any damage caused to storage facilities due to their ongoing operation and use. CITY shall be billed directly by those other parties for the lease of such facilities.
Bus Storage. At the discretion of the Recipient and in coordination with SBCAG, SBCAG-owned buses can be stored at the SBCAG Regional Transit Facility.
