Business Unit Compliance Infrastructure. (a) Within 90 days of the execution of this CIA, Fresenius shall also appoint compliance officers for each of its corporate Business Units identified in Schedule A. These Business Unit Compliance Officers will cooperate with the Corporate Compliance Officer to ensure the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and practices designed to ensure compliance with applicable Federal Rules and with the requirements of this CIA. The Business Unit Compliance Officers also will be responsible for assisting the Corporate Compliance Officer in meeting the reporting obligations created by this Agreement.

  • Information Systems Acquisition Development and Maintenance a. Client Data – Client Data will only be used by State Street for the purposes specified in this Agreement.
