Seller may, without the prior written consent of Buyer, disclose Data to Persons other than Buyer so long as (a) the customer data is anonymous, meaning that the data shall not contain any personal identifying information or other sensitive information, including, without limitation: site location, site photos, address, site owner, system owner, installer, equipment types, and other system-specific information; (b) customer data is aggregated with other customer data; and (c) customer data comprising such aggregate data set comprises a representative sample of the entire data set.
Buyer’s Data. Seller shall not use or disclose any data, designs, or other information belonging to or furnished by or on behalf of Buyer.

Buyer’s Data. Seller shall store and use all data that concern the business relationship between Buyer and Seller under consideration of the provisions of German and European Data Protection Act.
Buyer’s Data. 14.1. Buyer owns all rights to Buyer’s Data. Supplier may process Buyer’s Data only to the extent it is necessary to provide the Deliverables. Upon termination of the Agreement, or on Buyer’s request, Buyer’s Data shall immediately be returned to Buyer, in the format requested by Buyer, at no cost to Buyer. 14.2. Supplier shall, on Buyer’s request, provide Buyer with any information Buyer requires in order to source Deliverables from a new supplier and to transfer Buyer´s Data to a new supplier. Supplier shall work actively and diligently with Buyer to ensure a smooth transition without any or minimal Service interruptions from Supplier to a new supplier. 14. Pirkėjo duomenys 14.1. Visos teisės į Pirkėjo duomenis priklauso Pirkėjui. Tiekėjas gali tvarkyti Pirkėjo duomenis tik tiek, kiek tai xxx xxxxxx Objektų teikimui. Nutraukus Susitarimą arba Pirkėjui pareikalavus, Pirkėjo duomenys nedelsiant grąžinami Pirkėjui jo reikalaujamu formatu be papildomo užmokesčio. 14.2. Pirkėjui pareikalavus, Tiekėjas pateikia Pirkėjui bet kokią Pirkėjo reikalaujamą informaciją tam, kad Pirkėjas galėtų pirkti Objektus iš naujo tiekėjo ir perduoti Pirkėjo duomenis naujam tiekėjui. Tiekėjas aktyviai ir stropiai bendradarbiauja su Pirkėju, siekdamas užtikrinti sklandų Objektų perdavimą kitam tiekėjui, be jokio minimalaus paslaugų teikimo sutrikimo.
Buyer’s Data. 12.3.1 seller must maintain any buyer’s data it holds securely and in accordance with Item 31 of Schedule B.
Buyer’s Data. S.3.1 Should Seller become aware of any errors, inaccuracies, inconsistencies or ambiguities in the Data provided by Buyer, it shall advise Buyer of same; it being recognized by Buyer that Seller shall have no obligation to verify or otherwise assess the correctness of Data provided to it. Buyer shall promptly advise Seller if Xxxxx becomes aware of any inaccuracy or error in Seller's interpretation of Xxxxx's Data.
Buyer’s Data. “Buyer Data” means all data, information or other content and materials (a) transmitted or provided to Seller by Buyer or a third party on behalf of Buyer, or (b) uploaded by or for Buyer via the Item and processed by or for Buyer using the Services.
