Common use of Calculation of Donated Vacation and Sick Leave Clause in Contracts

Calculation of Donated Vacation and Sick Leave. All donated vacation and sick leave hours shall be converted to a dollar value base on the donor’s straight time hourly rate at the time of the donation.
