Calculation of Premium. Additional compensation of four dollars and forty cents ($4.40) per hour (pro rata for periods of less than an hour) upon arrival at the command post and until relieved. This premium is not applicable to diving training time.
Calculation of Premium. A Deputy Sheriff, Deputy Sheriff-Detentions/Court Services, Court Service Officer, or Corrections Deputy Sheriff shall be compensated three percent (3%) higher than the employee's base rate of compensation for each full standard work period so assigned. Calculation of Premium. (i) DSW shall promptly pay or reimburse Retail Ventures 100% of premium expenses, deductibles or retention amounts Retail Ventures may incur in connection with Insurance Policies that relate solely to the DSW Business.
(ii) DSW shall promptly pay or reimburse Retail Ventures its proportionate share of premium expenses, deductibles or retention amounts Retail Ventures may incur in connection with Insurance Policies that relate the Retail Ventures Business and the DSW Business. The “Retail Ventures Business” means any business of Retail Ventures other than the DSW Business. DSW’s proportionate will be calculated as follows:
Calculation of Premium. 1.1 Subject to paragraph 5 below, if the Actual IPC Authorisation is issued (whether by way of new issue or a variation to the Assumed IPC Authorisation) after Completion, the basic amount of the Premium shall be the aggregate of the First Instalment and the Second Instalment.
1.2 The First Instalment of (pound sterling)526,000,000 (the First Instalment), shall be payable at Completion in accordance with the provisions of clause 5.3.1(a).
1.3 Subject to paragraph 1.4 of this Part of Schedule 1, the Second Instalment of (pound sterling)13,000,000 (the Second Instalment) shall be payable in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 3 of this Part 2 of Schedule 1.
1.4 The amounts of the First Instalment and Second Instalment shall be contingent on the amount of the Actual Sulphur Dioxide 'B' Limits in certain circumstances and, accordingly, may be reduced when the Actual Sulphur Dioxide `B' Limits become effective. The aggregate amount of these reductions (the Variation) shall be calculated by reference to paragraph 2 of this Part 2 of Schedule 1.
