CALCULATION OF PREMIUMS. 22.01 An employee shall not receive a premium rate under more than one provision of this agreement unless otherwise specifically provided. If two or more premiums are attributable to the same hours worked, the employee shall receive only the highest applicable premium.
CALCULATION OF PREMIUMS. All work premiums are to be calculated in fifteen (15) minute increments.
(a) There shall be a rest period (“turnaround”) of not less than ten (10) hours between the end of one (1) work day and the beginning of work on the next work day. a) multiply the number of Employees insured on the premium due date in each rate class by the premium rate in effect on that date for that class;
b) add the results.
CALCULATION OF PREMIUMS. The pre- miums payable on and after the date of the first principal payment shall be calculated in accordance with the am- ortization provisions without taking into account delinquent payments or prepayments. Mortgage insurance premiums which are paid to the Commissioner more than 15 days after the billing date or due date, whichever is later, shall in- clude a late charge of 4 percent of the amount of the payment due, except that no late charge shall be required with respect to any case for which HUD fails to render a proper billing to the mortgagee.
