Call-back payment. If an employee is recalled by the company to work overtime after leaving the Mine, a minimum payment of at least four hours at the non-rostered hours rate will be paid for each time the employee is recalled. Except where unforeseen circumstances arise, the employee may not be required to work the full four hours if task(s) to be performed are completed within a shorter period. This call-back payment will not apply: o Where an employee has breached safety regulations and has to return to the Mine to perform a specific job outside the employees ordinary working hours (eg tag left on board or danger tags); or o Where the overtime is continuous (subject to a reasonable meal break) with the end or start of ordinary working time.

Call-back payment. 14.1. If an Employee is recalled by the Company to work Non-rostered Overtime after leaving the mine, a minimum payment of at least four (4) hours at the Non-rostered Overtime rate in clause 7.6 will be paid for each time the Employee is recalled.

  • Call Back Pay 1. When an employee returns to work because of an agency/department request made after the employee has completed his or her normal work shift and left the work station, the employee shall be credited with four (4) hours work plus any hours of work in excess of four (4) hours in which the employee is continuously engaged in work for which he or she was called back.
