Common use of Call-Out Compensation Clause in Contracts

Call-Out Compensation. A regular employee who is called back to work outside his/her regular working hours shall be compensated for a minimum of three (3) hours at overtime rates. He/she shall be compensated from the time he/she leaves his/her home to report for duty until the time he/she arrives back upon proceeding directly to and from work.
