Common use of Call-out Provisions Clause in Contracts

Call-out Provisions. A regular or term full-time employee who is not at work, who is called in to work outside their regular work hours and who reports to work, shall be paid overtime at the rate of time and one-half (1½) for all hours worked during the call with a minimum of four (4) hours straight time pay. Employees shall record starting and finishing times for overtime worked on a form determined by the University. Overtime shall begin when the employee enters the University building and will end when the employee leaves the University building.
