Canada Industrial Relations Board. Where operational requirements permit, NAV CANADA will grant: (a) leave with pay to an employee who makes a complaint on his or her own behalf alleging a violation of any paragraph of Section 94 of the Canada Labour Code; (b) leave without pay to an employee who makes a complaint on his or her own behalf, alleging a violation of any section other than Section 94 of the Canada Labour Code; and (c) leave without pay to an employee representative who acts on behalf of an employee making a complaint, or who acts on behalf of the Union making a complaint.
