Changes to Orders. If the Buyer desires to make a change to an order, Steel King will attempt to accommodate the request without cost to the Buyer. However, if materials have been ordered and/or fabricated for the specific project in question, additional drawings or extensive additional engineering time is required, or additional shipping costs will be incurred, the costs of the change will be calculated and presented to the Buyer for approval prior to initiating the change. Buyer accepts responsibility for the costs of such changes, which will reflect time and material costs, with a minimum Change Order amount of $100. No changes can be made within fifteen business days of the scheduled delivery date. Changes increasing quantities or adding items to the order are to be entered as separate orders subject to the then current lead time and discounting as a stand-alone project.
Changes to Orders. Seller may substitute Goods of a different model, nomenclature or design than that described in the Order without notice, provided that such substitutions do not materially adversely affect the fit, form, or function of the Goods. Prior to shipment of the Order, Seller may review requests by the Customer for changes to the Order. Acceptance of any changes requested by the Customer will be at Seller’s discretion, and any changes may result in additional charges to the Customer.
Changes to Orders. Customer may not make changes, increases, or reductions to an Order after DSA has begun to fulfill the Order without DSA’s prior written approval. If DSA agrees to change an Order at Customer’s request, Xxxxxxxx agrees to pay any increase required for performance of the Order and any other charges related to the change.
Changes to Orders. Any change to an Order by the Buyer after confirmation shall be subject to acceptance by XXXXX XXXX.
Changes to Orders. The parties may, by mutual agreement, make changes to the Statement of Work, charges, Deliverables or other substantive aspects of the Services (“Change”). The party asking for a Change shall describe in writing the details of the requested Change (“Change Order Request”). CPE Labs shall provide in writing to Customer a summary of any and all adjustments to the charges and other changes resulting from the Change Order Request. In no event shall any Change be effective or acted upon in any way until such time as (i) an authorized representative of each party has agreed to the terms of the Change Order Request in writing and (ii) CPE Labs receives an Order from Customer for any additional charges resulting from the Change Order Request. Upon thirty (30) days advance written notice to CPE Labs, Customer may terminate any purchase order for its convenience or for any reason without any termination liability, other than for valid charges incurred for services provided through the effective date of termination. CPE Labs will continue to provide services during such notice period.
Changes to Orders. Buyer may make changes to any Purchase Order at any time prior to delivery, including, without limitation, changes to the shipping or packaging instructions, quantity of Products, delivery location, and schedules for the delivery of Products. Seller shall comply immediately with such direction and avoid unnecessary costs related thereto. If any such change causes an increase or decrease in the price or delivery schedule of the Products purchased, the parties will agree in writing upon any equitable adjustments to the price and schedule of the Purchase Order. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any claims by Seller for adjustment must be delivered to Buyer, in writing, prior to the Products being shipped. Failure of Buyer and Seller to agree upon any adjustment shall not excuse Seller from performing in accordance with such direction.
Changes to Orders. The customer may request to change an order, subject to customer accepting any resulting changes to compensation and deadlines, provided that LANTAL receives the change request in good time, considering the progress of the order in question (in particular the stage of development in case of development projects). Any change to an order is only deemed agreed if LANTAL confirms this to the customer in writing.
Changes to Orders. Changes to orders can be accepted only up to the time the order enters Paragon’s processing queue. Reseller may initiate changes to accepted orders by sending an order modification to Paragon referencing the original order. Paragon shall process the modified order upon its written acceptance of the modification.
Changes to Orders. Changes to an Order can be made by the Customer signing, and Nu-TEL accepting, a modified Sales Agreement that will be deemed a Change Order.
