Parts and Materials. 1. Contractor's parts and materials cost, plus percentage mark-up: 15 % Mark Up *Contractor must supply back-up paperwork for all materials that exceeds $100.00 2. Parts and Materials purchased by the Contractor for HVAC equipment and Duct cleaning services will be charged at the actual cost of the parts (including all applicable taxes) plus the percentage stated above. County will pay for all freight charges. Parts and Materials purchases shall not exceed $5,000, per item including tax, unless the following process is followed. Miscellaneous Items ranging between $5,000 and $25,000, including tax, must be pre- approved by the County Project Manager or Designee prior to processing. The County will obtain price quotes from Contractor for all Miscellaneous Items purchased between $5,000 and $25,000. The Contractor shall provide the list price and discount price on all invoice(s) for all Miscellaneous Items. 3. Contractor is to provide a copy of the suppliers and shippers invoice for all purchases made to complete each project, dumpsters shall fall under the category of straight reimbursement; delivery slips and vendor invoices will be required to be submitted with Contractors monthly invoice.

Parts and Materials. A. Parts 1) In the event that a Part is not available in accordance with MDC's modification plan, MDC shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to establish a "work-around" plan which will enable such Part to be installed at a later date prior to the Scheduled Redelivery Date of the affected Aircraft, provided, however, that nothing contained in this Article 18 shall reduce, limit or negate MDC's obligation to Redeliver each Aircraft in accordance with the Schedule. 2) MDC and its subcontractors shall supply all available technical documentation, teardown data(including maintenance release tags and repair findings), and testing reports related to the Services or Additional Services. (Ref: GMM 9-1-100 Item 3 E 1 through 6) 3) All Recoverable Parts or Rotable Parts removed from the Aircraft by MDC shall have a Federal Express Rotable or Recoverable Parts Tag or FAA (8130-3) equivalent completed and attached. 4) Unless otherwise approved in advance by Federal Express' Representative in writing, all Parts provided by MDC for performance of the Services (excluding Parts which are removed from the Aircraft and which will be returned to the Aircraft) shall be new, unused Parts that conform to current manufacturers' standards ("New Parts").

Hydraulic packing glands. 9) All required lubricants, cleaning agents, compounds or other materials and equipment required for preventative maintenance procedures specified herein. (b) Basic materials, parts and equipment described above for scheduled maintenance procedures and minor emergency callback service repairs shall be stocked within the confines of the building in areas designated and assigned by the SSHA. (c) Additional parts or other equipment required for maintenance of the systems may be stored at the Contractor's facilities with the understanding delivery of same for emergency procedures must be made within four (4) hours to the job site. Other materials and equipment normally not stocked by the Contractor locally must be available within twenty-four (24) hours for delivery to the job site from remote facilities and/or supplier contractors responsible to the Contractor for stocking the materials or equipment. (d) If the requirements for stockage of parts as defined herein are not met on any item, the Contractor shall immediately notify the Designated Representative in writing as to the circumstances and provide a confirmed delivery date for the required materials and equipment.

Parts and Materials. 1. The Contractor shall supply parts and materials to complete additional requirements during the course of the Contract. These parts and materials will be for additional items identified during the Contract that could not have been foreseeable prior to the development of the Contract Specifications or prior to the development of the Task Order for an individual shipyard period. 2. This Item allows for an estimated sum of money (the amount found in the Bid Schedule) for obtaining the required parts and materials that may be ordered by DOT as required to facilitate the more complete repairs or improvement of a vessel or vessels included in this Contract. The Contractor shall be paid for the actual cost for providing the additional parts and materials as specified under this item, plus the mark-up bid by the Contractor. 3. The Contractor will only be reimbursed for parts and materials costs plus mark-up under this item. The Contractor will not be allowed to charge any direct labor hours or other costs in association with this item. Such support, including researching, arranging, ordering, handling, and storing, is considered part of the mark-up bid by the Contractor. 4. In addition to covering the supply of parts and materials required for additional repairs, this Item applies to those spare and repair parts and materials that are specifically stated in the Specifications as being covered by this Item. Only those parts that are specifically stated in the Specifications to be covered by this Item will be paid out of this Item. The Contractor shall supply, at the Contractor’s sole cost and expense, all other parts and materials required for the completion of the project Work. 5. The actual amount of parts and materials that will be ordered and supplied during the course of the Contract is not guaranteed and could be substantially less or more than the amount estimated in the Bid Schedule. The Contractor will not be allowed to adjust the mark-up, regardless of the quantity used. 6. Whenever the Contractor is required to supply parts and materials under this Item, the Contractor shall obtain three bids for the subject parts or materials. In the event the Contractor cannot obtain three bids, written justification for not obtaining three bids shall be provided to DOT prior to authorization to proceed, unless otherwise directed by XXX. 7.
