CANCELLATION AND POSTPONEMENT. A cancellation or postponement is defined as a rescheduling of the production to a later specific date caused or directed by Client or a total cancellation of the project. If the Production Company blocks out a specific period of time with the agreement that it represents a firm commitment from the Client, then the Production Company makes no further efforts to sell the time. If the job is canceled or postponed within the Guideline time frame, it is unlikely that this time can be re-‐ booked. It should be understood that this time represents the Production Company’s only source of income.
CANCELLATION AND POSTPONEMENT. A booking is considered firm as from the date of confirmation and accordingly the Photographer xxxx, at his discretion, charge a fee for cancellation or postponement.

A. If notice of cancellation/postponement is given to the Producer ONE TO TEN WORKING DAYS prior to the com- mencement of the shoot, the Contracting- Client will be liable to the Production Company for:
(1) All out-of-pocket costs.
(2) Full director’s fee as bid.
(3) Full production fee on the job as bid.
CANCELLATION AND POSTPONEMENT. “Postponement” is defined as a rescheduling of the Services to a later specific date caused or directed by Client. “Cancellation” is defined as a total cancellation of the Services. If Producer blocks out a specific period of time to render the Services, then Producer will not have to make any further efforts to mitigate any damage caused from Client’s Postponement or Cancellation.

CANCELLATION AND POSTPONEMENT. 11.1. ALL POSTPONEMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS MUST BE CONFIRMED IN WRITING BY EMAILING YOUR CONSULTANT. PROOF OF SUCH CORRESPONDENCE MUST BE KEPT BY YOU FOR RECORD PURPOSES.
11.2. If you cancel or postpone your removal and/or any services in terms of this agreement, we will charge the following fees to cover our expenses or loss:
11.2.1. Cancellations or postponements at least 5 business days prior to your move – no charges;
11.2.2. Cancellations less than 5 business days prior to your move – Cancellation fee of 50% of your removal cost and the whole total of all packing materials and applicable additional goods delivered to yourself;
11.2.3. Postponements less than 3 business days prior to your move – Postponement fee of 20% of your removal cost;
11.2.4. Your move will only be rescheduled once we have received your postponement fee, and the payment reflects in our nominated bank account;
11.2.5. We reserve the right to cancel your move at our discretion and refund all monies received (excluding the postponement fee).
CANCELLATION AND POSTPONEMENT. 3.1 The Purchaser shall fully indemnify BZ against all loss (including loss of profit) or expense however indirect or remote resulting from cancellation or other breach of the contract by the Purchaser.
3.2 All orders placed by the Purchaser are irrevocable but BZ shall have the right to cancel the contract without liability until such time that the Goods are delivered or Services performed as the case may be or the Purchaser is invoiced.
3.3 BZ shall be entitled to payment for all installments of Goods produced and/or Services performed in whole or in part and BZ shall without prejudice to its other rights be entitled to invoice the Purchaser forthwith on being requested by the Purchaser to delay performance of the Contract.
CANCELLATION AND POSTPONEMENT. A cancellation or postponement is defined as a total cancellation of the production of the Specified Commercial(s) or a rescheduling of the production of the Specified Commercial(s) to a later specific date, in either case caused or directed by Agency/Client.
A. If notice of cancellation/postponement occurs DURING or is given to the Producer ONE TO TEN BUSINESS DAYS prior to the commencement of the shoot, the Contracting- Client will be liable to the Producer for:
(1) All costs incurred or committed as of the date of cancellation/postponement.
(2) Full director’s fee as bid.
(3) Full production fee on the job as bid.
B. If notice of cancellation/postponement is given to the Producer MORE THAN TEN BUSINESS DAYS prior to the commencement of the shoot, the Contracting- Client will be liable to the Producer for:
(1) All costs incurred or committed as of the date of the cancellation/postponement.
(2) Not less than 50% of director’s fee as bid.
(3) Not less than 50% of production fee on the job as bid. In the event of postponement, and prior to the recommencement of production, at the direction of the Producer, the Contracting-Client shall either execute an overage or a new contract, and the Producer shall be paid for such overage or new contract in accordance with this section, and with the payment provisions hereof, including an initial payment prior to the recommencement of production. In the event of cancellation, the Contracting-Client shall pay the Producer’s production fee, director’s fee, and costs in accordance with this section. Invoices for cancellation are due and payable upon receipt. The Producer shall have the right to cancel without penalty in the event the Contracting-Client has breached this Agreement or defaulted on payment to the Producer.

CANCELLATION AND POSTPONEMENT. (a) A Call may be postponed without payment to the Artist provided that not less than seven days notice has been given to the Artist prior to the time of the original Call. Should less than seven days but four days or more notice of such alteration be given, the Artist shall be paid 16 2/3% of the Basic Negotiated Fee calculated on a daily basis for such altered Call. Should less than four days but more than two days notice of such alteration be given, the Artist shall be paid 25% of the Basic Negotiated Fee calculated on a daily basis for such altered Call. Should less than forty-eight hours notice of such alteration be given, the Artist shall be paid 33 1/3% of the Basic Negotiated Fee calculated on a daily basis for such altered Call.
(b) Where an Artist has been booked and no work is performed on that day due to weather conditions s/he shall be paid 50% of the Basic Negotiated Fee calculated on a daily basis for such day if s/he has not been required to attend the place of work or 75% of the Basic Negotiated Fee if s/he has been required to attend the place of work.
(c) Calls substituted for the postponed Call shall be paid for at the same Composite Fee as for the original Call.
(d) If a Call is cancelled by the Producer or if the Artist is unavailable on the date to which a Call has been postponed then in lieu of any payment for postponement the Artist shall be paid his/her Composite Fee for the Call.
