Production Fee definition

Production Fee means any cannabis cultivation, processing, testing, distribution, and transportation of cannabis and cannabis products.
Production Fee means a quarterly fee remitted to the City by Owner based on the gross wholesale receipts of its operations, as defined below, in the amount of 3% of gross sales from operations to begin after 8 months of commencement of operation.
Production Fee means a semi-annual fee remitted to the City by Owner based on the Gross Receipts of its Project operations, as defined below, in the amount of 5% of gross sales from operations.

Examples of Production Fee in a sentence

  • If the audit reveals that the Owner has overpaid any amount of the Production Fee, City shall provide written notification to Owner and shall credit such amount against Owner’s subsequent semi-annual payment of Production Fees.

  • The semi-annual Production Fee will be due no later than July 30th for the preceding period of January 1st through June 30th and no later than January 31st for the preceding period of July 1st through December 31st.

  • If the audit reveals that Owner has underpaid the Production Fee, Owner shall pay such underpaid amounts to the City within thirty (30) calendar days of receiptof written notice from the City’s Director of Finance in addition to all costs of the audit, including city staff time and outside consultants.

  • Semi-annual payments of the Production Fee by Owner to the City as specified in Section 7 herein.

  • Quarterly payments of the Production Fee by Owner to the City as specified in Section 6 herein.


More Definitions of Production Fee

Production Fee means the production fee set out in the AO.

A239 Rewrite means writing which significantly changes the plot, story line, dialogue, the characters in a Script A240 Screen means written narrative material contracted under this Agreement for a Television Production, based on Source Material, consisting of the basic narrative, idea, or theme and indicating character development and action suitable for use in or representing a substantial contribution to a Final Script; provided, however, that the Writer shall not be obligated to (a) insert in a Screen Story (except to the extent necessary to show characterization), or prepare the Screen Story in the form of an Outline. There is no between Story or Screen Story for compensation purposes. When no Story or Screen Story is contracted separately, the Story or Screen Story shall be deemed to be included in the Outline. In the case of a Feature Film, the Story or Screen Story shall be deemed to be included in the Treatment. A241 means a fully written work for a production in screen terms, embodying individual scenes, full dialogue monologue, Narration (if required) and any other descriptions or details necessary to facilitate production.
