In accordance with Monash Council regulations SMOKING, ALCOHOL AND RESTRICTED AND/OR ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES ARE NOT PERMITTED within 10 meters of the entrance of MRNH. The Hirer is responsible for ensuring their group/participants are aware of this policy. The premises of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ Neighbourhood House (MRNH) is intended primarily to accommodate the programs and services of the organisation. However the premises are also available for use by community groups or other organisations provided that the activities of such groups or individuals wishing to hire are consistent with KNH Inc’s Statement of Purpose. All requests for use of MRNH premises and/or facilities will be assessed on an individual basis with due consideration given to consistency with our Mission and Statement of Purpose. The Coordinator of MRNH is the nominated representative of the KNH Inc. Committee of Governance for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions. Approval to hire MRNH premises and/or facilities does not mean the organisation, in any way, supports or will promote the activity/function covered by the hiring agreement.
Changes to Bookings. 5.1 If you wish to make a change to a booking you have made please contact us. We will let you know if the change is possible and, if it is possible, we will let you know whether this causes any change to the timing of the Experience or anything else which may be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead. If we cannot make the change or the consequences of making the change are unacceptable to you, you may want to end the contract (see clause 86 – ‘Your rights to cancel the booking’). 5.2 We may make minor changes to your booking: 5.2.1 to reflect changes in relevant laws, laws surrounding COVID 19 and regulatory requirements; and 5.2.2 to implement minor technical adjustments and improvements, for example to address a security threat. 5.3 We may also make changes to the Experience itself or these Terms but if we do so we will notify you and you may then contact us to cancel your booking before the changes take effect, provided that you have not already attended or taken part in the Experience. 5.4 Where we agree to make any changes to your booking, the Experience or these Terms the amended booking, Experience or Terms will supersede any previous booking, Experience or Terms.
Changes to Bookings. 6.1. Changes to bookings that are made within 61 days or more prior to arrival, or 91 days in the case of Christmas/New Year bookings, can only be made with the approval of both BHM and the Owner. An administration fee of United States Dollars $100.00 is payable by the Hirer for each change made to the booking after the booking has been confirmed. The change to the booking is dependant on the payment of the administration fee. Requests for changes to bookings cannot always be accommodated, and an increase in the booking fee may be applicable, depending on the changes requested. Certain changes may be considered cancellations, as described in Clause 5.1.
Changes to Bookings. 4.1 Usiwa Tours CC will make every effort to adhere to the confirmed itinerary. However, where Involuntary Changes are significant– such as change of accommodation or transportation – Usiwa Tours CC undertakes: 4.1.1 To provide a reasonable alternative at no additional cost, subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant Supplier; 4.1.2 In the event that you reject the reasonable alternative provided or should a reasonable alternative not be available as per 4.1.1 above, to refund you the monies arising from the Involuntary Changes, subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant Supplier 4.1.3 In the event of refunding you, to assist you in identifying alternative services, subject to all additional costs for the alternative services being for your account. 4.2 Should you wish to make a Voluntary Change to your booking, Usiwa Tours CC will use its best endeavours to accommodate you. However Usiwa Tours CC reserves the right to charge the applicable cancellation fees referred to in clause 7.3 as well as an additional administration fee of R300.00 per person per booking amended together with any additional costs arising from the Voluntary Change, including those charged by the relevant Supplier.
Changes to Bookings. Users and Merchants are responsible for any changes to bookings that they agree to make via the Resilia Platform or require Resilia’s Customer Service to make on their behalf ("Change to Booking") and agree to pay any additional amounts, fees or fees associated with any Change to Booking.

Changes of bookings from A-▇▇▇▇ Premium All-Inclusive to A-▇▇▇▇ Basic Full Board are not possible. b) Bookings in the price category A-▇▇▇▇ Basic Full Board: c) Flight-inclusive bookings: for changes to flight-inclusive bookings the charge specified in 9.1. a) will be increased by € 80 per person. 9.2. Changes to bookings less than 30 days before the start of the cruise. Any desired changes to the bookings by the client which are requested 29 or fewer days before departure can be made, to the extent that they are possible at all, only after the customer has withdrawn from the travel contract under the existing conditions and simultaneously made a new booking. This shall not apply to changes to bookings that give rise to only minor costs. 9.3. Standard charges for administration, cancellation and changes to bookings fall due immediately. 9.4. Please note that rebooking is subject to cabin availability (limited contingent) and that surcharges may apply depending on the travel date, category, route and season. If a trip is rebooked, any early booking or other advantages may only be transferred to the new booking subject to availability and with- in the respective periods of validity. Rebooking to a promotio- nal fare is not possible.
