Hall. Furniture is not to be stacked, piled, taken apart, or removed from rooms or shared areas.

Hall. All of these residents must sign a Quiet Suite Agreement. All members of a designated quiet suite will work together at the beginning of the year to establish optional, additional quiet hour policies for their suite. A recreation room is located in the basement of each residence hall for the relaxation of students. Each has a television and comfortable sofas. There is also a conventional oven and vending machines. Food and drinks are permitted in this area. Students should remove all dishes and trash upon leaving. Recreation rooms may not be reserved by any group or organization without special permission from the hall director, director of housing/assistant vice president for student life, or the vice president for student life. These rooms should be available for the use of all residents at all times. Recycling containers can be found in various locations on campus. Some student organizations sponsor recycling and will provide information to residents about practices for depositing recyclables.
Hall a) The Hall may refuse or cancel a confirmed booking at any time if there is a force majeure, or any other event, which in the reasonable opinion of the Venue Manager, causes the Hall to be unsafe or inappropriate to hold the function. For example: flood, unsafe premises.
b) The Hall shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the Hirer or any third party in consequence of the exercise of the rights referred to in clause 4.2(a).
c) In the event of cancellation of a Confirmed Booking by the Hall, the Hall will refund the Deposit to the Hirer if, in the Hall’s reasonable opinion, the Hirer is not in any way responsible for the cancellation.

Hall. The Employer shall designate a Lead Hand in the absence of a staff supervisor. This position shall be filled by a member of the bargaining unit. The Lead shall communicate work schedules prepared by a supervisor, assist the supervisor in providing technical assistance to, and the training of, employees in addition to performing work in their classification. The Lead Hand shall also conduct maintenance and repair of equipment, as required, and identify shortages of tools, materials, and equipment to the supervisor. The Lead Hand shall, in the absence of a staff supervisor, be responsible for facilitating production and directing the flow of work. The Lead Hand shall communicate with the supervisor in regards to quantity, quality and work flow. The Lead Hand shall be responsible for the shutdown of all equipment and of the building at the end of the shift. Hall. Empty waste bins, daily. Dust control mop floor, daily. Halls used for dining require damp mopping, daily. Spot mop any marks or spillages, A.S.A.P. Damp wipe window ledges (suggested frequency twice a week) but may require more if windy weather. Damp wipe all perimeter ledges, pipes, behind movable furniture and radiators at least once a week Dust control mop hard floors, daily. Suction clean carpet areas, daily. Clean drink fountains, daily (where applicable). Empty waste bins, daily. Spot mop any marks or spillages, damp mop at least once a week. Dust/damp wipe fixed furniture at least weekly. Damp wipe window ledges (suggested frequency twice a week) but may require more if weather is windy. Perimeter damp wipe including ledges, behind movable furniture, pipes and radiators, weekly.
Hall. The Halls used must be cleaned, cleared with any food spills or drinks cleaned and all rubbish cleared and put in bin bags.
Hall. Group understands and agrees that University is unable to guarantee that space in a particular residence will be available. University reserves the right to reassign Group to available space of substantially equal quality in other residences and will notify Group in writing in the event of such reassignment. Requests for use of all other University facilities, services and equipment must be submitted to the Xxxxx Student Center Events and Conferences Office and are subject to availability.
Hall. Hall is transferred to a location outxxxx xx Xxxxxxxe County, North Carolina, with Hall's express written consent. A Termination Event shall be deemed to have occurred on the date such action or event is implemented or takes effect.
