Cancellation of Hire. Notwithstanding that the hire of the premises may have been duly entered into in accordance with these conditions, the Council reserves the right at its absolute discretion to cancel the hiring. [This may include but not limited to government election days, Council civic functions, or other times when the venue is required for legal or statutory requirements, or maintenance]. If the hiring be cancelled under this clause, the deposit paid shall be refunded to the hirer who shall have no claim of any kind whatever, either at law or in equity, whether for loss, expenses, damage or otherwise in consequence of such cancellation. Regular bookings are also subject to cancellation or alteration by Council.
Cancellation of Hire. 10.1 The Pool Committee Representative reserves the right to cancel an agreed booking for reasons including but not limited to: - The School requires the use of the Facilities; The School considers that the Facilities are unfit for use; The number of Users exceeds the maximum number permitted to use the swimming pool at any one time; Any reason beyond the Pool Committee’s control; Adverse / unsafe weather conditions.

Cancellation of Hire. 8.1 The Aquatic team reserves the right to cancel an agreed booking for reasons including but not limited to: - • Pool operator consider that the facilities are unfit for use; through their checks. • The pool is shut for cleaning or maintenance. • The number of Users exceeds the maximum number permitted to use the swimming pool at any one time; • Adverse/unsafe weather conditions; • Any other reason beyond the Aquatic team control.
Cancellation of Hire. 5.0. Cancellations of bookings must be received by MFPP up to 21 calendar days in advance in order to get a 90% refund of the booking fee and safety deposit. For cancellations within the period 7-21 calendar days prior to the booking date a 50% refund of the booking fee and 100% of the deposit will be received and for notices received within less than 7 calendar days in advance of the Hire Period the booking fee will be withheld in full but you will receive 100% refund of the deposit.
Cancellation of Hire. If the event is cancelled at least 14 clear days before the date of the event a full refund shall be made where payment has been made. *Please note – the Authority may alter its paying structure at any point to reflect The Council’s Internal Business payment structure. The Authority will provide a minimum of 14 day advance notice in such circumstances.
Cancellation of Hire. If the hirer chooses to cancel the hire, the following charges may be levied: More than 3 days' notice - 10% of total hire charge 1 - 3 day's notice - 50% of total hire charge
Cancellation of Hire. If within 7 days of the date of proposed use the Hirer elects to cancel the booking, the Hall Director may choose to retain up to 50% of the Hire Fee, unless another booking is received for the cancelled date. The amount retained will not include the Bond.
