Committee Representative definition

Committee Representative means each individual appointed from time to time by any Managing Member or any other Member pursuant to Section 3.5 or, if applicable, pursuant to the Series A Terms, and "Committee Representatives" shall mean all of such individuals, collectively.

Committee Representative shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(b).
