Cancellation of Program. In the event of cancellation or termination of the program, the teacher shall be returned to the first available vacancy for which he/she is qualified. During the interim, if any, he/she will continue to receive full pay and benefits until such vacancy occurs, provided he/she accepts assignment to other professional duties for which he/she is qualified.

In the event the Town of Xxxxxxxxx Town Xxxx is closed due to some unforeseen circumstance (inclement weather, power failure, etc.) your group may not be able to meet on that day. It is at the discretion of the Town Board to allow facilities usage in such circumstances. If no contracted project minimum, Client agrees to pay Equifax $2,500.00. If Client cancels a prescreen program after the batch execution has started, Client will pay Equifax fifty percent (50%) of the total price of the canceled program. If Client cancels a prescreen program after batch execution has completed, Client will pay Equifax 100% of the total price of the canceled program.

If Client cancels an Account Review Services program prior to batch execution of the program, Client will pay Equifax its incurred data processing costs plus twenty five percent (25%) of their contracted project minimum. If no contracted project minimum, Client agrees to pay Equifax $2,500.00. If Client cancels an Account Review Services program after the batch execution has started, Client will pay Equifax fifty percent (50%) of the total price of the canceled program. If Client cancels an account review program after batch execution has been completed, Client will pay Equifax 100% of the total price of the canceled program.

If cancellation of a class is required, students will be notified at least 24 hours in advance. However, if it is due to inclement weather, shorter notices may occur. If cancellation of a class section or program is required, student will be advised at least one week before cancellation. Student will be given the choice of transferring to another section/program or withdrawing with a full refund (less the $50 non-refundable interview fee).

In contrast to an event, because cancellation of a program typically would create an inconvenience but not a situation as severe as cancellation of an event, the host District, in the case of a conflict or other circumstance that cannot reasonably be resolved, may cancel or postpone a program on 72-hours written notice to the guest District or, if 72-hours written notice is impractical, then as much advance notice as possible. The host District shall endeavor to avoid the need for any cancellation and shall cooperate with the guest District to relocate or reschedule the affected program.

Cisco reserves the right to alter or waive any Program feature or benefit prospectively or retroactively, or to terminate, cancel, or temporarily suspend the Program at any time, for any reason. Notice of any such termination, cancellation or suspension will be posted on the Program Website (and may also be made by email, in Cisco’s discretion).
