CANCELLATION OR TERMINATION OF EXHIBITION. In the event that the premises where the exhibition is to be held shall, in the sole determination of exhibit management, become unfit or unavailable for occupancy, or shall be substantially interfered with, by reason of picketing, strike, embargo, injunction, act of war, terrorism, act of God, fire or state of emergency declared by any government agency or by reason of any municipal, state or federal law or regulation or by reason of any other occurrence beyond the control of exhibit management, exhibit management may relocate, cancel or terminate the exhibition. In the event of such relocation, cancellation or termination, the exhibitor waives any and all claims the exhibitor might have against exhibit management for damages or expenses and agrees to accept in complete settlement and discharge of all claims against exhibit management the exhibitor’s prorated share of the total amount paid by all exhibitors less all costs and expenses incurred by exhibit management in connection with the exhibition including a reserve for future claims and expenses in connection therewith. In case exhibit management shall for any reason determine to cancel or terminate the exhibition, the exhibitor waives all claims the exhibitor might have against exhibit management for damages or expenses and agrees to accept in complete satisfaction and discharge of all claims against exhibit management a refund of all amounts paid by the exhibitor to exhibit management in accordance with this agreement.
CANCELLATION OR TERMINATION OF EXHIBITION. If for any reason beyond its reasonable control including, fire, strike, earthquake, damage, construction or renovation to the Exhibition Center, government regulation, public catastrophe, Act of God, or any similar reason, TGE shall determine that the Exhibition or any part may not be held, TGE may cancel the Exhibition or any part thereof. In that event, TGE will refund ten (10) percent of the actual cost of the booth and will refund the said funds within thirty (30) calendar working days after the scheduled event.
CANCELLATION OR TERMINATION OF EXHIBITION. If for any reason beyond its reasonable control including, fire, strike, earthquake, damage, construction or renovation to the Exhibition Center, government regulation, public catastrophe, Act of God, or any similar reason, GCSCS shall determine that the Exhibition or any part may not be held, GCSCS may cancel the Exhibition or any part thereof. In that event, GCSCS shall determine and refund to the Exhibitor its proportionate share of the balance of the aggregate display fees received which remain after deducting all expenses incurred by GCSCS.
CANCELLATION OR TERMINATION OF EXHIBITION. In the event that the premises where the Exhibition is to be held shall, in the sole determination of the Organiser, become unfit or unavailable for occupancy, or shall be substantially interfered with, by reason of fire, flood, tempest or any other such cause or as a result of government intervention, malicious damage, acts of war, acts of terrorism, strike, lock-out, labour dispute, riot or any other cause or agency over which the Organiser has no control or should the Organiser decide that owing to any such cause or agency it is necessary or advisable to cancel, postpone or re-site the Exhibition or reduce the planned period for preparation, display or dismantling the Organiser shall not be liable to indemnify or reimburse the Exhibitor in respect of any damage or loss direct or indirect arising as a result thereof. In the event that the Organisers decide to re site the Exhibition to another venue for reasons other than already stated herein before, the Exhibitors unwilling to be re sited at the new venue may cancel their application and receive a full refund provided that the Organiser shall not be liable for any consequential loss however so arising.

An Exhibitors’ Service Center will be maintained on the exhibit floor until the opening of the exhibit hall to facilitate service requests from exhibitors. Shipments should not be sent to the hotel. The Exhibitor’s Service Kit will provide you with shipping instructions.
