Exhibition Facility definition

Exhibition Facility means a structure in an earmarked space or area whose primary purpose is the display of live aquatic organisms and or products thereof and includes aquariums;
Exhibition Facility or “Exhibition Facilities” means the exhibition/convention venue/s where the Event will be held, including but not limited to the Anaheim Convention Center and any other venues used for the Event.

In addition to the Rules and Regulations posted on-line at xxx.xxxx.xxx, the Exhibitor Services Manual includes additional information integral to participation at the Event, including but not limited to: official contractor order forms, registration, shipping delivery and storage of shipments, freight handling (drayage), utilities, electrical and building services/ regulations, exhibitor display rules, installation/ dismantle Exhibit Space labor to be supplied by NAMM’s official contractors; and move-in/move- out schedule, official Event schedule and hours of operation, rental of furniture, additional services and other Event information necessary to aid Exhibitors.

  • In the Event of any conflict, inconsistency, or incongruity NAMM, the Exhibition Facility, and the City of Anaheim and their respective between any provision of this Contract and any provision of the Rules and members, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees from Regulations or the Exhibitor Services Manual, the provisions of this Contract any and all claims of any nature whatsoever, including attorney’s fees, shall govern and control.


More Definitions of Exhibition Facility

Exhibition Facility means a facility, including but not limited to, a circus, zoological garden, aquarium and travelling exhibition, that keeps specimens of listed threatened or protected marine species for public display or performance purposes, or for the purpose of facilitating any kind of interaction between humans and live specimens of such listed species;
Exhibition Facility means a place which is used to house an exhibition, operated over a duration of four consecutive weeks or less and limited to only those exhibitors registered with the organization holding the exhibition. The retailing of goods, materials or services, including motor vehicles and major recreational equipment, associated with the exhibition may be permitted in such a facility subject to municipal licencing requirements where applicable. An exhibition facility shall in no way be construed to include a conference or convention facility. (By-law 87-67, S.5[c])

Exhibition Facility means a facility, including but not limited to, a circus, zoological garden, aquaria and travelling exhibition that keeps specimens of seabirds for public display or performance purposes, or for the purpose of facilitating any kind of interaction between humans and live specimens of such species.
Exhibition Facility means any cinema, film theater, screening room or other venue that is used for the public exhibition of a cinematographic film or audiovisual work, whether or not a fee is chargeable.
