CARE OF MATERIALS. The employee is obliged to take good care of the materials entrusted to him by the employer and to use them only for the purpose and in the situation for which they are intended, with due consideration for the instructions of the employer. In case of damage the provision pertaining to legal liability in the Article will apply.

CARE OF MATERIALS. Each student is accountable for the condition of books and materials issued by the school. If any damage occurs, a fine will be assessed. • Teacher may require textbooks to be covered. • Students are permitted to take home textbooks, as well as library books, provided they are carried in a school bag. • School computers are to be used only for class assignments. FOOD • Food may not be eaten in the hallways or on the playground. • During instruction, no eating is permitted, unless permitted by the teacher. • A nutritious snack may be eaten before recess or in the case of Middle School during a designated time in the morning, but must be consumed while in the building. • Gum is not permitted on school property or on any school trips under any circumstances. • In the Middle School, birthday treats should be limited to a small healthy snack.
CARE OF MATERIALS. Xxxx agrees to be diligent in the proper care of material supplied by Company. All usable materials are to be stored in an orderly way that protects the materials from the elements (wind, ran, sun, etc.) and provides for general job site safety. All non-usable materials are to be left at the jobsite in an orderly fashion and in good condition. The crew is never to take any unused materials. Company may, at its sole discretion, find Crew responsible for materials damaged due to negligent care by Crew and Company has the right to set off the cost of the damaged materials from any amounts owed to Crew under this Agreement. Crew shall promptly notify Company of any defects in materials supplied by Company. Crew will notify company of any excess material that is at jobsite.
CARE OF MATERIALS. Trade Contractor agrees to be diligent in the proper care of materials supplied by SHELTER, protecting the work of adjacent trades, and is responsible for maintaining daily storage of job site materials. There is normally minimal storage space available on the job site for tools or materials. Do not bring more than necessary to the job site. All usable materials will be stored by Trade Contractor in an orderly way that protects them from wind, moisture and provides general site safety. All non-usable materials are to be culled and properly disposed of in trash bins provided or hauled away. SHELTER may at its discretion hold Trade Contractor accountable for value of materials damaged by negligent care.
CARE OF MATERIALS. General Standard of Care. While in its custody, the DLG will provide the same level of care for the Materials that it provides for its own collections. The conditions under which the DLG will hold the materials are described in more detail below.

Subcontractor promptly shall notify Builder of any defects in any materials supplied by Builder.
