Care of Uniforms and Clothing. (a) The Employer shall not require employees to make deposits for uniforms or clothing furnished by the Employer. Employees shall not wear such uniforms or clothing except while working for the Employer and, where permitted by the Employer, while going to and from work. Except for normal wear and tear, employees shall be responsible for their negligent or careless loss of or damage to uniforms and clothing furnished by the Employer. (b) Employees claiming to have forgotten their identification badge when reporting for work may not be sent home if they have not previously reported for work without their badge within the preceding ninety (90) days. The Employer may not charge the employee more than the actual replacement cost of a lost identification badge. 15.03.
