RECOGNITION AND BARGAINING UNIT. 2.1 The City hereby recognizes the Union as the exclusive collective bargaining representative, for the purposes stated in RCW 41.56, for the bargaining unit as defined by the Public Employment Relations Commission certification contained in Appendix A of this Agreement.
RECOGNITION AND BARGAINING UNIT. The Employer recognizes the Union as the exclusive collective bargaining representative for the purpose stated in Chapter 108, Extra Session Laws of 1967 of the State of Washington, for the collective bargaining unit described in the decision emanating from the Washington State Public Employment Relations Commission Case Number 2497-E-79-453. For purposes of this Agreement and the bargaining unit described herein, the following definitions will apply:
RECOGNITION AND BARGAINING UNIT. 2.1 The City hereby recognizes the Union as the exclusive bargaining representative of all uniformed employees of the Seattle Fire Department, holding the rank or position of Recruit Fire Fighter, Fire Fighter, Fire Lieutenant, Fire Captain, Fire Boat Pilot, and Fire Boat Engineer.
RECOGNITION AND BARGAINING UNIT. The Employer hereby recognizes the Union as the exclusive collective bargaining representative for the purposes stated in Chapter 41.56 RCW as last amended of all employees employed within the bargaining unit defined by the classifications listed in Appendices A, B, C, D, E and F to this Agreement. The Employer will notify the Union of newly created job classifications during the term of this agreement. After conferring with the Union, if no agreement is reached regarding inclusion of a job classification in the bargaining unit, the dispute will be referred to the Public Employment Relations Commission pursuant to 41.56
RECOGNITION AND BARGAINING UNIT. 1.1 The City hereby recognizes the respective Union as the exclusive collective bargaining representative for the purposes stated in Chapter 108, Extra Session, Laws of 1967 of the State of Washington, of all regular full-time, part-time, and temporary parking enforcement officers employed by the City of Seattle (hereinafter, “employees” or “PEOs”).
RECOGNITION AND BARGAINING UNIT. 1.1 The Employer recognizes the Guild as the exclusive representative of all sworn police officers of the Seattle Police Department (SPD) up to and including the rank of Sergeant for the purposes of bargaining with the Employer.
RECOGNITION AND BARGAINING UNIT. 2.1 The Employer recognizes the Guild as the exclusive collective bargaining representative of the collective bargaining unit described in decisions(s) emanating from Washington State Public Employment Relations Commission Case No. 14080-E-98-02353. The final decision from the Commission will be binding upon the parties.
RECOGNITION AND BARGAINING UNIT. 1.1. Pursuant to RCW 41.56, the Employer hereby recognizes the Union as the exclusive bargaining representative for all regular full-time and regular part-time employees, certified by the Public Employment Relations Commission as set forth in Case Number 7934-A dated March 12, 2003, and all those subsequently certified or recognized as being in the same unit (including the Shipping Department). See Appendix A for listing of included classifications. Supervisory and confidential employees shall be excluded. The bargaining unit status of new positions will be resolved by mutual agreement or by applicable procedures through the Public Employment Relations Commission.
RECOGNITION AND BARGAINING UNIT. 1.1 On behalf of its Employer members to which this Agreement applies, Allied Employers, Inc. hereby recognizes UNITED FOOD & COMMERCIAL WORKERS UNION LOCAL NO. 21 as the sole collective bargaining agent for the employees in the appropriate bargaining unit as defined in Section 1.2 and 1.3
RECOGNITION AND BARGAINING UNIT. 1.1 The District hereby recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining representative for all employees in the Maintenance/Operations and Campus Police Officers Unit, in accordance with the certification issued by the Educational Employment Relations Board on June 17, 1977, (Case No.l S - R498).
