Career-Technical Student Organizations. The instructional staff recognizes the value and importance of Career-Technical student organization activities and supports them as an integral, co-curricular activity and a responsibility of all instructors. To organize and coordinate the activities of each of the six (6) Career-Technical student organizations, a youth club advisor will be selected. As the duties of the youth club advisors require additional time and effort beyond the normal program commitment, the youth club advisor for each organization will receive a supplemental contract at the following rates: *Skills USA/VICA 8.5% (4.25% per person)** FFA 2.25%** Business Professionals of America 2.25%** DECA 1.25%** FCCLA 2.25%** Future Educators of America 1.25%** *NOTE: Skills USA/VICA may receive an additional period. If the master schedule does not permit an additional period, two (2) teachers shall be assigned and compensated. **NOTE: Percentage of contract base salary in each year of the contract. Interested members may apply for each position. The selection of the youth club advisor(s) for each organization will be done annually by the supervising Administrator and/or the Superintendent. The final choice of youth club advisor shall be at the discretion of the supervising Administrator and/or Superintendent. No teacher shall be required to serve as a youth club advisor for any club. Filling of positions will be confined to employees of the district. These positions shall be paid pursuant to 10.9. Seventy-five dollars ($75) a day up to a maximum of five (5) days shall be paid to those advisors/teachers who are approved to accompany students to a national competition occurring on non-contract business days. A maximum of two (2) advisors/teachers for Skills USA/VICA and one advisor/teacher for other youth clubs shall be compensated. In the event more than the maximum number of advisors/teachers is approved by the Superintendent to attend the national competition, the stipend shall be split among those employees approved to attend.

Career-Technical Student Organizations. 1. There will be one teacher advisor per skilled area for each approved Career & Technical Student Organization (CTSO), unless more are required by the sponsoring organization. In the event a CTSO has more than one advisor, one Advisor shall be deemed the Primary Advisor, and one shall be deemed the Secondary Advisor. In the event a CTSO has more than two advisors, they shall be deemed “any other advisor” for purposes of this Article. 2. The most senior advisor for any CTSO shall be granted the right of first refusal for the Primary Advisor position. 3. Advisors will be paid for CTSOs involving students on days not scheduled as part of the negotiated calendar in accordance with Schedule B and the following: a. Teacher advisors shall fulfill defined responsibilities established for each CTSO by the Board of Education. b. Extra duty assignments shall be approved by the CTC administration. c. Advisor positions are voluntary and not obligatory. These documents must include the Legal Notice required in the terms and conditions. Indicate where and when the documents were disseminated. o A discussion of policy development. State if project has been or will be cited in government policy publications, or used to inform regulatory bodies. o The number of website downloads or public requests for project results. o Additional areas as determined by the CAM. • Conduct technology transfer activities in accordance with the Technology/Knowledge Transfer Plan. These activities will be reported in the Progress Reports. • When directed by the CAM, develop Presentation Materials for an Energy Commission- sponsored conference/workshop(s) on the project. • When directed by the CAM, participate in annual EPIC symposium(s) sponsored by the California Energy Commission. • Provide at least (6) six High Quality Digital Photographs (minimum resolution of 1300x500 pixels in landscape ratio) of pre and post technology installation at the project sites or related project photographs. • Prepare a Technology/Knowledge Transfer Report on technology transfer activities conducted during the project. • Initial Fact Sheet (draft and final) • Final Project Fact Sheet (draft and final) • Presentation Materials (draft and final) • High Quality Digital Photographs • Technology/Knowledge Transfer Plan (draft and final) • Technology/Knowledge Transfer Report (draft and final)

The State may terminate this Contract for default if the terms of this paragraph are breached.

  • Certification Regarding Business with Certain Countries and Organizations Pursuant to Subchapter F, Chapter 2252, Texas Government Code, PROVIDER certifies it is not engaged in business with Iran, Sudan, or a foreign terrorist organization. PROVIDER acknowledges this Purchase Order may be terminated if this certification is or becomes inaccurate.

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If CSTC chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, CSTC’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by CSTC to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 CSTC shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from CSTC’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office CSTC utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow CSTC’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Verizon access Tandem.
