Common use of Carry Over Vacation Clause in Contracts

Carry Over Vacation. An Employee may carry over not more than four (4) days of Vacation from one calendar year to the next calendar year subject to the approval of the Chief of Fire and the Township Committee without recourse to Grievance Procedure over such denial.
