Common use of Carryover of PTO Clause in Contracts

Carryover of PTO. ‌ Regular full-time employees may carry over a maximum of 40 hours of PTO per year and regular part-time employees may carry over PTO hours prorated based on the number of hours they work. The Employer may schedule employees' PTO for them, except that allowed to be carried over, for PTO not scheduled by September 30th each year.
