Salary Upon Transfer. When an employee transfers from one position to another within the County, his/her salary shall be determined by multiplying the base salary of the classification to which s/he has transferred by the appropriate index rate consistent with the employee’s SCD and other applicable sections of this Agreement.
Salary Upon Transfer. A full-time or part-time employee who transfers from one allocated position to another allocated position in the same job class shall be placed at the same salary step that the employee was receiving prior to the transfer. A full-time or part-time employee who transfers from one allocated position in a job class to another allocated position in a closely related job class as defined in the Civil Service Rules for which s/he possesses the minimum qualifications shall be paid at the step in the new scale nearest in amount to what the employee received prior to transfer.

A merit increase shall not be applicable at the successful completion of any probation or evaluation period required as a result of a transfer.
Salary Upon Transfer. There shall be no change in the compensation or the salary eligibility date of an employee who is transferred from one position to another in the same class or to a position having the same salary range.
